    Mine came out with a very burnt texture and looked nothing like yours. I let it cook around 5 min each side. Was I supposed to continually move it around as it’s cooking?

    65 grams? Im pretty sure each package is 200grams and you put 2 and a half in the pan so it should be 500grams

      Chicken breast would work fine too. And eating with rice might be a bit too much carbs with the potatoes, but if that's fine yes it's really good with rice!

    Did you freeze your Thai chilis? I love them but the store always sells them in giant bags so half of them go bad before I can eat them, so that seems like a good idea!
