Typical new gun blues. That is not cool about the welded on rail, though. Seems like maybe you should trade it for a standard version of the 301 (doesn't have the welded-on rail).

Where for 250?

Hey man I got trail cameras in some draws where there is literally deer bones, bear tracks and scat. I see very little activity and no predictability only two small bears in the course of 3 weeks. How can I improve what I'm doing? My season is only 4 weeks in September so I don't have a lot of time. I read on google that bears move 300 miles a month!

I hate the new Steven's savage anything they make peices of shite now and there rifles accuracy is terrible and nothing helps to fix that not even glass bedding can make them group tight and it gets worse from there

We have harvested many whitetail as a family with 240 XTP out of 44 magnum rifles. I have harvested a few with saboted 240 XTP in muzzleloader also. They have always performed excellent. Thank you.

I pretty much came to all the same conclusions. Went this spring and struck out. First out of state trip I have ever struck out in so I am very gun shy about going back. It was incredibly more difficult than I expected based on how people spoke about Chadron. Cool place, very unique place to hunt turkeys, but If the goal is to get some action I would vote no on pine ridge.

Been hunting Kansas for a while but they switched up and you have to buy a license and pay a processing fee and if you don’t draw a tag you don’t get your $159 back. Kansas DNR should be ashamed of themselves for this! Scamming people out of a license and processing fee should be against the law!!

in my smokless .45 patriot i use 200 grain XTPs for rough sight in and plinking varmints . i use barns 195 grain expander MZ for final sight in and hunting deer . both with light blue sabots .

ive used these for many years but always had complete pass throughs. Most deer drop or go less than 20 yards. i have shot a couple with very little blood and no recovery(could have been bad shot placement). this is interesting
