That is something you cannot find in most African countries. Even company set-up and registration can be done without you being here in Rwanda. Rwanda is one of the very few if not the only African country with a very organised land system.

@HughCross1 Welcome to some parts of Africa where substandard way of building is the norm here. Where did they learn to build this way? It's actually worse here in Nigeria because the homes are pretty much mostly structurally deficient, complemented with numerous workmanship errors, hidden under cosmetics. Unfortunately, I did notice similar workmanship errors in a home that I stayed in Kigali as well but not structural deficiencies. Can any Building Engineer explain to me how it makes sense to place the water closet right under the shower, how much more fail to enclose the shower area in a cubicle?

@@HughCross1 Yes, building your own home and supervising the so called Building Engineer is the way to go in some parts of Africa. Otherwise, you'll be in for a big surprise when the house is delivered, particularly here in Nigeria where most of the buildings are structurally deficient with uncountable workmanship errors.
