It just sounds like Ryan Murphy shows aren’t for you, and that’s fair. I never take his shows seriously. They’re meant to be fantastical, heightened realities. You can definitely argue that maybe it’s not appropriate when the shows involve real people, but hey, we’re still watching, aren’t we? Plus, he has a knack for finding the best of the best unknown actors out there, which is really why I keep watching.

RM’s need to put gross and exploitative material in his shows unnecessarily has always been an issue, imo. It would not surprise me if some things come out in the future about that one..if you catch my drift.

I don't hate her, but I have felt like something was off about her since she began to gain popularity. I think people do idolize her too much, but at the same time she is a bit of a hypocrite. Stalking is wrong and I understand she's upset about that stuff, but she is very active on social media and the media in general, and this does invite people into your life more and creates this idea that you are a peer and "on their level". I feel like she does need to start pulling back from the public eye if she wants to have that privacy. You can't have the best of both worlds, be superstar level famous and have a normal person's amount of privacy. Of course fans are gonna want a picture, but there's boundaries that need to be drawn. In my opinion Ryan should stick to shows like glee and scream queens he’s better when doing dark/satirical comedies he clearly is not good at doing true crime/historical period/horror shows, and when he does shows like glee and scream queens he should stick to being executive producer and tv creator as suppose to showrunner whenever he’s a showrunner to any show he regress the quality and potential after the first 2 seasons, I feel the the backlash would lead to a decline in viewership in Ryan Murphy shows and I feel it’s beginning with the Menéndez brothers series he didn’t expect the backlash from both viewers and critics to be this swift

Yes, the depiction of Papa Legba was waayyy off, and the use of real people in his fiction without permission is gross, but I think the larger problem is that Ryan Murphy has an unhealthy obsession with serial killers. I think he gets turned on by that stuff and that's why he started bringing the Night Stalker into AHS, has been doing those Monster shows, and made them the driving force behind AHS:NYC.

0:45 tbh all of american made tv shows or movies (yes, there are exceptions) depict almost all subjetcs as stereotipycal as possible. They`re worry with the shock value and the value that the depiction will bring to America and their agenda, not worry to actually do research and show things as true as they possibly can. (just a thought analysis from someone outside de US)

Personally i think .... There two categories - MOVIE STARS >>> POPULAR ACTORS. And all these actors just Popular or really popular actors. And not a movie star. Dont lie to yourself. They can be potential cadidate but not actual star. And whoever says that they are movie star is just delusional.

I don't think Smiley was lying, Smiley too clout hungry to miss an episode, I think she had the miscarriage but the child just wasn't planned and she wanted to be dismissed as soon as she could so she could get back on the show because she did not want to get replaced or lose her spot. Her immediate bubbly energy and her dismissal toward the the situation is probably what made people think she was lying, but lying or not, it does not justify the way they handled her.
