I have this vacuum. This review is fair and accurate. Noise data is very useful. Its too noisy to sleep if you turn it on. Pretty dumb and does NOT qualify for the term Robot.

I bought the H12 from Media Expert. The charging connector starts to corrode after a few weeks despite drying and cleaning. Ultimately, it doesn't charge. I sent it back under warranty. They cancelled the warranty and wrote that it was my fault, they don't see a product defect. It worked for 3 months.

Right to the point! Any regrets with the machine? I had just imported one to Brazil, where it’s not sold/comercialized. Anxious for its arrival 😅

Очень плохой пылесос, на второй день после приобретения перестал подключаться к Wi-Fi, в сервисном центре сказали что надо менять плату, к тому-же появился скрежет на максимальных оборотах двигателя. Не агрегат, а головная боль, не рекомендую однозначно, сейчас пытаюсь вернуть деньги.

T30 PRO OMNI has malfunctioned in less than 2 months. 1. wrong notification that dirty tank not installed properly, 2. does not return to station sometimes 3. gets disconnected from mobile phone frequently and has to be reset. There is the x30 / x40 ultra, x30/ x40 master and the newest is x40 pro ultra. Dreame really need a better naming convention
