Atlanta is a transition city. No one is from there. Most people are only there three years and stepping stone a job somewhere else. ATL and Chi are shitholes. Large Cities in general are just not worth the headache. I’m much happier in my slow life in the suburbs. There is nothing that would take me back to ATL

I came across your channel because I've been looking at moving to Atlanta. First off, I just want to say how much I appreciate how genuine and honest you are about life and your struggles. I know I'm just a random stranger, but just hearing someone else talk about a similar situation it makes me feel not alone. And neither are you! I moved away from home 5 years ago to Florida and while I love my apartment and where I live, I feel unmotivated and lost. Even something as basic as getting up and showering can be difficult. So I'm considering a change of scenery to shake things up a bit. All I can say is follow your gut! Not everyone has it together like we think they do. Don't beat yourself up. You've done something amazing moving to Atlanta, something people dream of but never do. This is how you learn and appreciate what you had before; you get to see things from a new perspective. And you would have never known if you didn't take this step. Sending you lots of love I know you'll make it out of this!

I moved to Atlanta in July of 2024 and I just told my sister that I can’t be out here, I’m moving back to Chicago where I’m born and raised or I want to try Charlotte, because I’ve heard nice things about it. But right now I’m honestly home sick and I’ve noticed myself feeling depressed since I moved here smh 😢
