how do you know. how did you know. dont know. God knows. alone. dont judge (ie dont know). knowledge makes judgemental.
Is there something specific you’re wondering how I know? Cause I can provide clarity on it! A lot of the things I talk about in my message are biblical stories and what we can learn from them about ourselves. And when I reference things that we struggle with, it’s to mean “a lot of people” not “all people” since some people may not have the same struggles or experiences. Hope this helps!

This was an awesome episode. What works for me is after overthinking 😆, I throw everything I thought about away and take the risk,make that step forward. I also love C.S Lewis, he is an underrated writer! I will love to see the interviews too.
There’s an old saying “You are what you eat” regarding dieting. However, this is even more true with spiritual food. If we consume all the negativity in the world from media, or even our own negative thoughts, we are malnourished & our hope dwindles. But if we CHOOSE to eat God’s Manna from His Word & focus on Jesus & what He’s doing every day in our lives, we can be satisfied & thrive! It definitely takes a concerted effort to make that choice, but I have found that the more I do, the easier it becomes - like a habit really. And that sustains me even on the most difficult days. Thank you, Amber! I really enjoy your content!
I just read the book of Jasher and I was totally impressed how God delivered the Patriarchs as soon as they prayed. Surely He is the same God today that He was then. Breakthough for us is a beautiful thing. Another good message for us today, Amber. Thank you.

"Secular worldly people" Secularism was actually championed by many Christians, it was more about acceptance and has a Christian basis, but now Christian values has been removed from secularism, and people still want better outcomes. Overall,It is another awesome podcast. It is truly amazing to know and remember that Jesus did what He is asking and challenging us to do. God Bless No Less

Wonderful teaching Amber.....You teach at a speed that very easy to understand. Going through alot of pain and sorrow I read Isaiah 53 and remember that Jesus himself had a life filled with disappointments and pain like we can't even imagine....then I know I will make it through anything this world can dish out. Isaiah 53:3-4 3He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. 4 Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted.

Thank you so much, Amber, for covering this topic. I have had to deal with a narcissistic mother who has gotten worse with age. After her very hurtful mean comments to me just before Thanksgiving 2023, I had to distance myself & essentially cut off most communication with her for several months. Of course I struggled & prayed about this, wondering if I was doing the right thing, but I knew that being around her would tempt me to say terrible things back to her & I didn’t want to be that person. We have somewhat reconciled, but I literally cannot be in her presence for very long b/c her narcissistic demons drive me nuts! The scriptures you cited about Jesus separating Himself from family & friends in His hometown really gave me peace about how I have to handle my mom. My prayer is for her deliverance as well as physical healing, & I look forward to the day when I can meet my “real” mother for the first time! God bless you & your family! ❤

Very well done, Amber! I highly recommend checking out UA-camr Mike Winger’s series on Jesus in the Old Testament. He shows how Jesus is shown typologically in a lot of ways in the OT. You may also be intrigued by the “two powers in heaven” view that some Jews held - exactly as it sounds, the belief that their were two Yahweh figures in Judaism. Dr. Michael Heiser expounded on this a bit in his divine counsel theology but you could also buy the book two powers In heaven by Jewish scholar Alan Segal.
