@ tbf, I’ve been watching the car crash that is jack for around 10 years now and never once seen him plug the jerk one so I guessed maybe it was someone else running it for him now.

@@SaintGeordieLad It's a weird situation, if I remember right he commissioned his recipe to be made in batches at somewhere and they shipped it way back in the day (and then he tried to get into Walmart, he has the story on his cookiesandblog thing about the shark tank and west texas investment). Then when that show happened it took about 2 years and his sauces sort of vanished a bit even from his own ad content. Then 6-7 years ago now, around when I did this video, he was mentioning I believe he made some batches at home and shipped them to family (if you lolcowgo.net it, he has a story where he got pissed at the post man for the glass bottles breaking in the mail and one of his relatives had sauce all over), I don't know if he at this time re-ordered whoever he commissioned for the bulk batches..but this eventually turned into he got partnership with the Doitcenter stores who sold it online and probably only in the stores near him in Tennessee, but after he got his most recent stroke all that shit went away and it's not in the doitcenter stores anymore. So unless Jack JR commissions his recipe to be made again I doubt it'll happen. After the long story I wanted to also answer, I too haven't seen him shill his Jerk Sauce very often, he would use his Gourmet Seasoning but that wasn't sold when I bought these. He used to toss all his BBQ dishes in his sauce though for awhile until he realized he needed to use other sauces for the content and the taste testing

I appreciate that, I'm working hard at the restaurant and hopefully I get some time freed back up to do stuff again.

ehh I'm not a fan of bbq sauce on salmon (if not plain I'd probably marinate in Italian dressing) but thats not a bad lunch

@ShouldISeries add a little bit of butter and salt to the rice 🤌 I liked it because it didn't overwhelm the fish, and it caramelized nicely in the broiler for crispy salmon skin. Everyone has different tastes though

This recipe was always in the back of my head but I keep putting it back there, now I'll remember it and make it one day
