I had one of these anchors for my Switch and it kept getting jammed with sand. It holds well in sand, but sand jams up the slide mechanism and its a real pain to clear out without getting pinched or poked. I switched to a normal fluke anchor up front and it's much better. You are often in a hurry when you pull anchor in crowded or windy conditions and you don't have time to clear sand out of something like this. I do not recommend this anchor for the sand we get in the Tampa/St. Pete area of the Gulf.

Does the new (2024 in my case) FX HO have a depth sensor/view?

Not as well as a 21’ tritoon with an outboard. You can lift the drive up and get the bow in the air. How do you do that with a jet?

Great video but I wouldn’t let any engine run out of fuel, as it gets the fuel pump too hot and may burn out the fuel pump.

Your video sadly doesn't show how the retraction works, just you bolting it for a minute.
