Thank you!
Gotta love those little Pandas. First time I've ever heard of them. I hope that wasn't you life Red-rumped Swallow ;-)
Haha, if that had been my lifer moment, I'd be writing my birding memoirs by now! But nope, just another wild day in the field. Thanks for watching!
Nice video. How far are the birds as seen in the bird ponds? Deciding whether my lens’s long minimum focal distance will be an issue. Thanks
Thanks for watching! I think 500mm is a good starting point, but 600mm would be ideal for the bird ponds.
Thank you, are you referring to 600mm on a crop body or full frame?
both 500 or 600 on full frame
Great video Birds in minute 8:00 are Greater Yellowlegs

The word is not molt it is moult for changing there tail feathers.
You are right! "Moult" is the British spelling, while "molt" is the American version. Thank you for pointing that out!
Watching this video brought back so many nice memories of Japan. Thanks for sharing this.
Our pleasure!
Amazing
Thank you!
The first white heron is an intermediate egret, not little egret.
Thank you for pointing out the mistake. I reviewed the video, and while I agree it’s not a Little Egret, I believe it’s a Great Egret.
Yes, you are absolutely right! I assumed it was a small white heron, but with that gapeline ending behind the eye it must be a great egret. Sorry for being too hasty! I very much enjoy your videos. Interesting birds and very high technical quality. And some insights into your eating habits as well...😁
No problem! Glad you enjoy the videos! 😊
Not even the remotest archipelagos are safe from Human activities and influence.
So true! Human impact reaches everywhere.
I live in Vietnam. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Beautiful and colorful birds, congratulations for having seen so many, thanks for sharing.
Thank you too!
Amazing
Thanks!
It's crazy to see so many beautiful birds that aren't even endangered. Meanwhile over here in France: "Best I can do is a deer once a month and a stork once a year, take it or leave it"
That sounds tough! Nature can be unpredictable sometimes.
Amazing
Thanks
哥伦比亚伙食不错啊

I love these, especially the babblers and warblers.

Another wonderful video. Is that a Palm Tanager seen alongside the Blue-Grey Tanager at 9:00 of the video?
Thank you! Yes it’s Palm Tanager
Very nice quality video. At 4:46, the Yellow-throated Fulvetta is in fact a Golden Babbler.
Thank you! You're right-I did photograph both the Yellow-throated Fulvetta and the Golden Babbler. I've double-checked my eBird records, and fortunately, I didn't upload the wrong photo. Thanks for pointing that out!
#notofireworks
I was puzzled by the bird seen at 8:15 in this video and wondered why it wasn't identified. Finally I realized it was the female Versicolored Barbet. Thanks for the challenge. I'll be traveling to Amazonian Peru in April and videos like this are a great help to get familiar with what may be seen there.
Thanks for your keen observation! Have a wonderful trip to Amazonian Peru in April!
No country in this world should have a higher population density than Canada or Mongolia. Most countries are completely overcrowded and this is why wildlife and nature in general are in steep decline.
That's an interesting perspective. Balancing population density and nature conservation is definitely a challenge many countries face
@@SuBirdsNatureTours I live in Germany and here is no nature left behind. Each single square meter is developed in a way. Many species are already extirpated while you still can find them in other and less populated countries like Sweden, Poland, Belarus or the Baltic states. And construction has not stopped yet. But it is not only about nature. Think about ressources! The more people live in a country the more they need. We depend on other states, and not all of them are kind. A low polulation would have only advantages!
这次的住宿和餐食看着都不错呀
确实还不错!
Another great video. I feel like I am travelling the world with you guys, lots of species still to see!
Thanks, happy to hear that!
老哥又又又去哥伦比亚了啊
是呀,估计还得去

I've been watching your videos for a while, and they keep getting better! You did an amazing job with this one.
Thanks, I really appreciate that!
Hello sir, this is dinesh here from indian i would like to visit birds hide at Viatnam. Can you pks share the details
I joined a trip organized by a partner organization, so I don't have the details myself. I plan to lead a birding group in Vietnam this March, so perhaps I'll have more information to share with you after that.
Did that Tibetan fox just happen to find a rodent while you were filming? Or was it a dead animal kept in a food storage area? Either way, that’s a lucky shot. It may actually have been a food store, as the fox immediately marked their territory! 😆
I think you're right!
GREAT JOB WELL DONE.
Thank you!
