Im doing these exercises from last three days ......it has helped me a lot .........please suggest can I do light jogging if I have knees problem ......I can't climb stairs......does jogging will deteriorate my present position?
I am glad that you have started doing exercises. Exercise is the key to stay fit, healthy & painfree. As you have explained that you already have knee problem and cant climb the stairs, i will suggest you not to go with jogging rather walking alone will help you without any deterioration. Want to ask u a question......for traction exercises will 2 kgs to 5 kgs be not heavy for traction exercises
Im using 1.5 kgs in each leg.......will it be fine
1.5 kg will not creat the sufficient traction force, rather begining from 2 kg and gradually increasing it weather by half kg in every couple of days would help you. However, your comfort should be the priority as everybody have their own tolerance. While doing it should not cause more discomfort though mild is acceptable. Wish u speedy recovery!

The pain reoccurs after a 10 min running, what to do pls reply
If u have a reduced knee gap, firstly, running is not recommended. I suggest you keep walking & apply hot pack in case of increased pain.
