Mercedes W124 Wagon OM605 Turbo with OM606 stock turbo
Read the whole description :) My new engine to my wagon 124 with 5.5mm pump and pump timing is 13 degrees after TDC. Stock timing is 15 ATDC. And the pump is maxed out on fuel and 0-100 km/h (0-60 mph) is 9-10 seconds, same as the old OM602 engine that cracked the connecting rod on the 5th cylinder.

Acceleration test with fully turned up injection pump. The fuel screw stopped to come any more out. And timing is also advanced. So the car can’t be any faster with this 5,5mm injection pump. Turbo boost is 1.4 bar and the turbo is a KKK K24 with intercooler, (OM603 stock turbo).

Read the whole descrption :) NA OM602 engine turbocharged with OM603 KKK K24 turbocharger. Original 5,5mm injection pump is turned up to max and injection pump timing is advanced producing about 150 hp. Dyno showed 146 hp and 265 nm but there was a small boost leak then so my guess would be 150-160 hp. Turbo boost is 1.4-1.5 bar. The car is inspected for the turbo parts and it is street legal. ...

Read the whole description :) OM602 NA engine turbo converted with OM603 KKK turbo and stock 5,5mm injection pump adjusted to almost max fuel that it can supply. Year model 1992 without turbo 94 hp. Injection pump has been turned up little bit, to maybe 110-114 hp.
