There is a way easier way to do this. Add all the shapes together imagine that the square and double pattern are a complete symbol. All shapes added together make a certain amount of complete symbols with the answer being the only remaining part to complete the last symbol.

Sorry but the explanation is wrong. No explanation on where the extra flags come from. And clear contradictions to the rule. They aren't even close to being correct.

Yeah im pretty sure this question was a mistake. There are multiple answers that could have been correct because there are multiple ways to ineptitude the pattern. Also literally every single question in the test has a clear progression. There are 3 ways patterns can go. 1 From left to right and top to bottom. 2 from left to right as if you are reading a book with no pattern from top to bottom. And 3 all symbols combined add up to be a solution. There is no question that uses a diagonal pattern and I don't think this explanation is correct.

5:22 i used different, much easier to use and find method. looking at the first column, we have from the left side some shape resembling the letter H, then some kind of "boat", and in the last field of the first column, this "boat" is turned upside down. in the second column, from the left side we see a shape, this time "+" with elongated arms. then we see the moon turned downwards, and in the last field of this column, the moon is turned upwards. it is easy to notice this sequence, and just as easy to come to the conclusion that the picture from the last field of the last column will be the picture from the second field of this column, only upside down.

33/36 missed an easy one at the beginning somehow

I played up to number 15 and scored them all correct. However, I did the "true" (i.e. internal and externally-valid) tests and scored upwards in the 130s.

I ended up doing the entire test. I scored 4 incorrectly. I enjoyed your test. As for the number 32, the way I did it was denote the alphabetical order and note that 2 is immediately after the 1. The numbers matter as well.

I did 20 questions and had one wrong. I tried to solve a "random" question so stopped on number 29. I chose the circle with four even dots. I was correct.

PLEASE, READ MY COMMENT! There are exercises, which solutions depend on the way you think. For instance, in exercises #12, you figured out the color of the answer from looking at diagonals and you figured out the rotation from looking at rows. But you can figure out the rotation from looking at diagonals, too! And you will get another answer, which is B instead of A! Same for exercise #14: if you figure out the rotation of the circle not from top right-bottom left diagonals, as you did in the video, but from top left - bottom right diagonals, you will get answer C insted of A! So, in conclusion, some of this exercises are amiguous and have more than one pattern, therefore, more than one solution.

I disagree with your explanation because it seems like there is a compulsion to make all patterns vertical or horizontal, when the diagonal pattern itself is an independent pattern separate from the horizontal and vertical patterns.

Honest question. Why is it the white and black A. rather than the white and gray C. Like the rotation between the first and second figures and the fifth and sixth figures?

Another pattern for 33 is that there are 4 with only one triangle striped and if bottom right have all triangles striped then there will also be 4 with all triangles striped so C is also a correct answer.
