Klein's construction for determining velocity and acceleration of single slider crank chain.
Переглядів 2,2 тис.Рік тому
Klein's construction is simple graphical method to determine velocity and acceleration of a single slider crank chain. In this method velocity and acceleration diagrams are drawn in configuration diagram itself. This method is explained by solving two example problems from the book of Theory of machine by R S Khurmi. Link for relative velocity and acceleration diagram is: ua-cam.com/video/e3Kl5...
Velocity diagram for a Crank and slotted lever mechanism
Переглядів 3,8 тис.Рік тому
The following problem from the book, theory of Machine by s s rattan is solved. The crank OP of the crank and slotted lever mechanism rotates at 100 rpm in the counter-clockwise direction. Various lengths of the links are OP= 90mm, OA = 300mm, AR = 480mm, and RS = 330mm. The slider moves along an axis perpendicular to AO and is 120mm from O. Determine the velocity of the slider when the angle A...
Effect of gyroscopic couple on a disc fixed rigidly at a certain angle to a rotating shaft
Переглядів 830Рік тому
Following problem from the book of Theory of machines by R S Khurmi is solved. A disc has a mass of 30 kg and a radius of gyration about its axis of symmetry 125 mm while its radius of gyration about a diameter of the disc at right angles to the axis of symmetry is 75 mm. The disc is pressed on to the shaft but due to incorrect boring, the angle between the axis of symmetry and the actual axis ...
Gyroscopic effect in a Crusher
Переглядів 357Рік тому
A problem of vertical roller mills used for grinding coal, limestone, etc. is discussed. Here the gyroscopic effect is usefully utilized to increase the crushing force of the crusher. The problem is taken from the book Theory of machine by P L Ballaney. "A crusher in which the mass of each roller is 100kg is shown in the figure. The rollers are cylindrical with a 90cm diameter. The polar mass m...
Stability of a two wheel vehicle taking a turn: Gyroscopic Effect
Переглядів 1,3 тис.Рік тому
In this video equilibrium condition of a two-wheel vehicle taking a turn is analysed. Following problem is solved as well. A motor cycle with its rider has a mass of 200kg, the center of gravity of the machine and rider combined being 60 cm above the ground with machine in vertical position. Moment of inertia of each road wheel is 0.525kg-m2 and the rolling diameter of 60cm. The engine rotates ...

Why you didn’t include reactions at C & B in initial part?
@@PhysicsbyAsif23 reactions should be shown only when you remove the contact between two surfaces. Please watch my video on free body diagram.

Thank You Sir
Thank you so much! This video was very helpful
Thank you sir, By the way sir, at 3:30 is Link 3 and Link 4 a kinematic pair right? so it does it mean it should have a total of 8 Pairs?
@@danzzz3869 please refer from 3:42, links 3,4,5 together can form three pairs but we have to take only 2 pairs in this type of case.
@@drjojithomas thank you sir
May i please know why we add the two angular velocities when calculating the velocity of rubbing at point B?
Finally got the real explanation, many other were based on wrong concept
Can you take any scale you want
@@dalitsophiri1410 yes
3. A square prism of side base 25 mm and height 30 mm rests with its base on the ground and one of the rectangular faces inclined at 30° to the picture plane. The nearest vertical edge touches the PP The station point is 40 mm in front of the PP. 50 mm above the ground and opposite to the nearest vertical edge that touches the PP, Draw the perspective view of the prism.
Thanks sir
What are the key concepts used in this problem??
Thank you Dr Joji
thankss
Superb explaination 🔥🔥🔥 All cleared Thank you sir
how divide into 7 equal parts
In question 4/3 is there just add those 4+3=7
The Cf is 35 mm, so dividing 35mm by 7mm we get 5 mm. Parts should be of 5mm each.
this video really helped thank you ❤
4.11 T2 -1 T2= 3.11 T2
sir where did you get 3.11?
Need a flashlight for gravitational quanta? Einstein's dream was to have such a device. Proposal for joint implementation of the invention. You are negotiating with companies that make fiber optic gyroscopes. Technical consultation and payment for the cost of the test device from me We need; assemble a hybrid fiber optic gyroscope (based on 50% - Michelson's experience 1881-2024). Use a hybrid fiber optic gyroscope and measure; 20, 25, 30 m/sec., car speed in a straight line. As a result of 100% direct experience we will receive the basis for: Postulate 1. Light is an ordered vibration of gravitational quanta. Postulate 2. The gravitational field controls the frequency and speed of light in a vacuum.
Very useful...
Sir your explanation is very clear sir compared to my college lecturer
Thank you so much sir
You are such a saviour thanks 🙏
Thanks so much

I love u sir
thank you sir i am watch this video only 1 time no need to look twice
Thank so much mr
Thanks for best explanation
If its written nearer to observe ,does that mean that pointy side of pentagon is near to X-axis????
Wow. So. The same method for all of them. Fantastic. Do yo know the method for an external point, not on the conic? Thanks
Sir why are not using cos sin just doing the calculation by only numbers
You can use sin cos also, but first you have to determine all angles. Two steps required. Here without calculating angles problem is solved
❤❤
Thank you sir. That rubbing velocities calculation is helpful for me at this moment of time.
