fast lap, crap tires | MX-5 NC Nürburgring Nordschleife 8:39 BTG
No sound!
a fast lap with the sunset at the Nürburgring, with the shittiest UHP tires
Felt like going for a good ol' fashioned single hot lap, just when the track was about to close for the day. Not the fastest nor cleanest lap i've ever did, but a fun lap im happy with.

I found this happening all the time it rained on the stock yoko advan sports tyres, so changes to bridgestone weather control for winter and it went away. Less fuel economy but it didn't lose any speed.

Why on earth do some people put up videos which are extremely boring.
Miatas are the worst in the wet, but in the dry they are the best.
That wasn't my experience in the wet. I had a 300bhp NC on Ohlins and Michelin Pilot sports. The car had loads of grip on a soaking wet track, leaning into the corners despite the stiffened suspension.

I drive a gun metal grey 2014 MX 5 NC. A ten second car. It came out of the box race ready with Le Mans paddle shifters on the steering wheel. Every time I drive it I'm in a James Bond movie. When people see it they ask, 'does it have machine guns behind the fog lights?' The license plate reads 009. It's definitely licensed to kill. Does a 'Tokyo drift' nicely.
