Cheap Caribbean All-inclusive: Resorts you can afford and will love
"All-inclusive beach resort pros and HONEST cons: Are they right for you? - Weigh the perks and pitfalls before booking your dream getaway!"
All good info! Great for those new to all inclusives. I would add that the common complaint that AI food is bad or even as you say the buffets get repetitive really depends on the quality of resort you choose. Nicer AI's usually have good variety at the buffet with different themes each night of the week and they also usually have enough ala carte restaurants that you don't need to eat at the buffet much unless you want to or if you are stay for longer period. I would also add that in general you get what you pay for with AI's especially in terms of food and drinks. Also each increment of price you move up usually makes a big difference in how enjoyable the resort is. i.e a resort thats say $300/week/person more than another resort is usually noticeably nicer. If you go to a resort that $1000/week you are going to get crappy food and drinks, tired rooms, run down amenities etc. If you pay $3000 or more you get spectacular resorts with great food and drinks. There are also tone of middle tier resorts that are quite nice and give good value for money. Of course prices are dependent on time of year as well.
My bday is the week after new years which explains alot lol
Yes, that is a bit unlucky for booking trips. If you can go after January 10 or so prices are usually quite a bit lower. Thanks for watching and commenting!
People love to trash all inclusive's, not sure why? If you don't like them don't go to them but get off your friggin high horse that your form of travel is more valid or better than someone who likes AI's. I love AI's and I love travelling somewhere that's not AI and explore the area and culture etc. Just like I don't like the same meals everyday I also like different forms of travel and if I'm looking to unwind and relax and enjoy the sun and beach AI's are my favorite way to do so.
I totally agree. I have to admit that I was a snob about this for a long time, but now that I've been nearly everywhere and don't have quite as much energy as I used to have, I love the all-inclusive experience. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Wow nice video but would you like some recommendation
Thanks and actually my last few videos have been all about specific recommendations in the most popular places. Here are Punta Cana recommendations ua-cam.com/video/BKHRxOfLqdI/v-deo.html And here are Cancun recommendations ua-cam.com/video/EZD_5TPuQ8o/v-deo.html
I wonder why that area of Argentine looks German…hid Nazis … but great video 😊
One piece of info I’d like to know is are things closed during week of Christmas ? A lot of people take off and restaurants closed, etc during Christmas time.
Most of the places on the list and other popular places are almost all open during Christmas week. Especially places like Thailand or elsewhere in Asia, Xmas week is the biggest week of the year for tourism so they plan for it well in advance. It's usually only smaller towns and places with bad weather that have a lot of holiday closures, and I don't think there are any of those on my list. Thanks for watching!
@ gotcha. Only asked as I had a friend travel to England over Christmas and he said everything was closed as people took their “holiday” lol. Appreciate the response & 411
Very nice list. Few I've been to. Few I want to go. Few I added to the list. Good stuff man. Subscribed.
Thank you for watching and commenting! I'm glad you found it useful.
i love how u did that video but the music was a little bit too loud in the middle part of the video
Thanks for watching and letting me know. I've put the music a bit lower on most of my more recent videos and I think it's at a better level now. I appreciate you taking the time to give feedback.
Great insight ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Jamaica ❤🏝⛰🫶🏿please visit everyone are invited
Don’t DO Puerto Vallarta in December, because of celebrations for Guadalupe there will be massive crowds and traffic from the parades everywhere!! 😊
Actually you should have to bring US dollars with you anymore, or move it to Western Union and get Pesos there.. You should be able to get the blue dollar rate on your card now, if not you can go to Western Union and get Cash..
@grandsirenispuntacana Grand Sirenis Punta Cana ruined our family vacation. Unfortunately, we experienced virtually all of the negative feedback items mentioned elsewhere, including a dump of a room and major stomach illness from undercooked food. What was infuriating was the staff soliciting positive reviews or, worse, taking your cell phone and leaving positive reviews on the resort from your phone. We were solicited for positive reviews. We heard the same from other guests while at the resort. We were warned not to let staff take your cell phone. Each day, every day there are easily 10 to 15 positive reviews on google for ‘super animation’. The resort staff was very persistent on having my phone at check out to ‘check out through expedia app.’ I absolutely refused to hand over my phone, I never logged out through any app, and nothing happened as a result. Save your money and aggravation … READ AND LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Go somewhere else for your vacation!!!
I love these 'best value' videos. Its easy to find great resorts with great reviews but finding the good resorts that also have good value for $ takes a lot more work especially in the nicer/luxury resort category so these videos are a big help. I would caution the Bahia Principe Grand Samana is NOT a traditional all inclusive. They have an 'all inclusive' option but from my research its not like regular AI's. There are still many food/drink items that are extra cost. I've been looking at Serenade All Suites for March/April 2024 myself. Great reviews just be forewarned premium alcohol is an upcharge. If you are considering Serenade I'd also look at Secrets Royal Beach. If you book a few months in advance its only a couple hundred $/person/week more than Serenade. I've been to SRB and its very nice, one of the nicest beaches in PC, great food, premium drinks. Its not cheap by any stretch but if you book early it can be great value for $ and IMO probably one of the best value for $ luxury resorts I've been to. I haven't been to Serenade yet and the reviews are great and it looks great but from what I have seen SRB is much nicer. I still think I will try Serenade because it looks great and looks like great value for $ and I'm guessing by next year the price will likely go up as it gets more well known. Thanks for the video!
❤❤❤❤
Amazing ❤
Great job! These are very detailed and travel inspiring!
Cheap is never good.
Why no love for Curacao? They have all inclusives & like Aruba is outside the hurricane belt.
Good question. It looks like there are still only 3 or 4 all-inclusives on Curacao and I was mostly focusing on the islands that had more, but I will definitely take a fresh look when I update the list again soon. A couple of the ones I see now look great and pretty affordable so they could easily have made this list. Thanks for reminding me!
How come Malta and Cyprus don't get a mention. Great winter climate. not too expensive and English widely spoken.
Those places do have mild weather for Europe, but are still not really places you'd fly to if you wanted warm December weather. Still, I'm glad you mentioned them and they will definitely come up in other videos fairly soon. Thanks!
@@Priceoftravel I look forward to seeing it.
I LOVE Cyprus
I'm surprised that Malta and Cyprus didn't get a mention. Both are great for winter sun and English widely spoken on both Islands.
Yes, good point. I think those countries are a bit on the cold side still at the beginning of the year, but still mild for Europe so I will include them on a future video. Thanks!
Do you have any videos adults only?
Not yet, but I will cover that on another video very soon. Thanks!
Love your videos! Even if I’m not planning a trip, they are fun to watch and dream about the day I do!
Very good❤❤
These destinations offer a mix of beach relaxation and cultural exploration, giving you plenty of options for a warm and affordable December vacation.
I’d look in the Playa del Carmen area south of Cancun. Great value and lots to do and ways to meet people, especially in or closer to town.
Hi Vanessa. Im a 39 year old single male. Which all-inclusive resort would you recommend? I would be a budget. I also am not a huge party guy. I do drinks, just not like crazy, i'm more into activity.
Secrets cap cana in the D.R. is an excellent spend of money. Have nothing bad to say about a 14 day stay with them during covid times
It’s ‘Fu’-ket 🤭
This is exactly what I was looking for. Great summary. Thank you!
Id love one of these videos from Europe.... its driving me nuts trying to find a damn holiday!!!
cheapest for sure!
We just came back from Cozumel and stayed at the Explorean and really enjoyed it there.
Thanks for an informative video.
Very good video. Thanks
I love the Iberostar Paraiso Maya that has elevators. The service was outstanding and now they have a small waterpark with 3 slides and a lazy river. Upgrading to the Grand in Riveria Maya has been outstanding We have been to the Grand 3 times. Beachfront.
Royalton Antigua has overwater bungalows that are nice but they are also expensive.
Good point! And Sandals is opening new overwater bungalows at their new resort in St. Vincent just in a few days as well.
Hey man, love your video but I have a question, how are Arabic countries during Ramadan?
Thanks. I've spent Ramadan in Turkey a couple of times, but so far not in an Arabic country. I hear that there's usually a pretty big party after the sun goes down every day though.
Please, keep yourself as far as possible from Rio de Janeiro It really is a war zone Go to the beaches of Santa Catarina beaches instead
I know the creator of these Beautiful places they alone speak of his existence. Set me free come and be my savior and my lord ❤️
Thank you for sharing this informative video! Learning about the best affordable all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean has been incredibly helpful. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Honduras, and it was an absolute delight. From snorkeling in crystal-clear waters to strolling through the picturesque streets adorned with vibrant buildings, every moment was filled with adventure and charm. I highly recommend Caribbean Seahawk Resorts for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Caribbean without breaking the bank. With cozy accommodations and a convenient all-inclusive package, it's the perfect choice for a budget-friendly Caribbean getaway.
What is the name of the resort where you stayed?
Nothing weird actually. The Louvre also attracts French people and gets subsidies. Those other museums are not made to attract locals regularly, just tourists. I go to the Louvres 5 or 6 times a year. Pretty much no one is going to visit Las Vegas museum or Amsterdam erotic museum more than once in their entire life....
Thanks and you are obviously right about that, but it still doesn't explain why the Las Vegas Museum of Illusions is double the price than the Paris one and also quite a bit more expensive than the NYC one. Still, I get it that Vegas is just trying to make a buck and this was mostly in fun. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Got to add Hallandale Beach Florida to this list beautiful beaches and restaurants, Gulf Stream Park Horse Racing the biggest Horse Racing track in Florida, the Pegasus statue the Third biggest statue in the United States 🇺🇸.❤
I've been to Puta Caracol in Panama and had a fabulous time! There is no AC, but I was there for the relaxation and the ocean. You just can't beat the value and ALL my friends were jealous. I do have a video on my channel as well!
Great video. Just about the only one that gives prices. Thanks for saving me a lot of time and research!
Good prices ????
Are you kidding me. 200- 300.00 dollars per night is not considered cheap in my world.
With some friends, it's not bad.
I was in Bangkok in October, many moons ago and it was so humid and hot just sweating and sticky all of the times. Bangkok’s temperature is like my hometown Florence (Italy) in the summer months!!
Manila and northern Philippines is always a little less humid than Bangkok. The difference becomes more evident during the 'ber' months. Sometimes you could get lucky when the cold front from China comes in early and Manila will be blessed by cool air during morning and evenings. Best chance for ideal weather in South-east Asia will be Jan to early March if you don't want hot and humid weather.
Malta, not warm but mild. Nice apartment €65 or $70
