Yes! The stretch is so important!
This horse is so supple! My horse is FEI and we still struggle with haunches in!
You can really see the improvement!
These are really good videos as you can see the horses improve!!
Thank you, Betsy! I’m so glad you’re enjoying them.
Good video!
Good video!
Thank you for showing us a less than cooperative mount! Its absolutely the reality at home and encouraging =)
Great video, maybe could specify aides you use to differentiate collected and medium. There’s usually talk of ‘go’ for the medium but not how to get the lengthen without running. When and where to half halt would be helpful,
Awesome! To the point and made it simple to understand. Thank you 😊
Thank you this is just the excercise I needed to have in my practise tomorrow evening the day before my competition.
???????
Love this exercise. .
I love how you explain things. I have a fancy Warmblood. (Since 8mos). Now he’s 19 PSG. Most difficult boy. My Arab/Quarter is 22. Ive known him since he was 2. Now 22. He is tight like this mare and I love this exercise. I love how you show everyday horses AND their problems. We can all post perfect videos and photos but you demo how it is BEHIND the scenes. Not just the purdy!!!
Love your videos - the commentaries are really practical and helpful, and love seeing things on "normal" horses with issues rather than advanced horses all the time. It's really helpful to see how things start, that they don't look perfect at the beginning and the progression even just in a single session. I know the social media content mill is incredibly demanding but there's a huge gap in the market for good quality dressage instructionals right now - hope you jump in to it! Look forward to more!
Love your explanations. Really easy to follow. Hope you continue. So glad I found you.
I really like your way of explaining. I tend to get really tense and your explanations are quite calming and covers a lot of info regarding evasions, quickness or curling. I’m trying each exercise you show.
Hi Goldie! I’m so glad to hear that you are enjoying the videos!
@@riderlife556 where are you located? I’m in SF Bay Area California
@@goldieschnitzer849 I’m currently in Arkansas but I grew up in the Central Valley in CA!
Thank you!!!
Great exercise!
Excellent video. I will try it on my ride today!
So helpful! Wonderful video!
I love this. Brilliant! Thank you for sharing :)
Absolutely love this coach!! Discovered her on fb a few days ago. I’d love to see some tutorials for the lower level rider. Maybe transitions, leg yields. Anything on rhythm, suppleness and contact would be great. There’s so many more riders that these videos can help, the problem with doing videos that cater more to advanced riders is most of us can’t relate to that yet and the ones who can more than likely aren’t watching tutorials. There’s thousands of riders who could benefit from videos focusing on those 3 levels of the training scale. Her way of teaching absolutely resonates with me and I can’t wait to see more!!!💫
That looks fun!
Brilliant! I will be using this in my warm up next lesson!
As a visual learner this helps sm
Can you do a video of how to do a 20m cicle at v? Its from the 2021 dressage test 3
I can! But it will be a while before I can get to a large arena to do it. If you need it soon, it rides similar to the circle at B: the circle will reach 2m shy of X and 2m shy of D. Hope that helps!
Thank you!
This was the help I was looking for! Thanks
Where is this mare from? She’s a clone of my tiny mustang. I’m having exactly the same reactions and connection issues. I’m amazed how similar they are.
Hey Amelie! Sorja is from the Wassuk HMA.
Such great exercises! Please post more - it has made me ride with more purpose. Thank you!
Again a fantastic video.
thank you for amasing tips.
this was very helpful! thanks
Love the clover leaf video. Do you teach any lessons and if so can share those here for us to learn from? I think it’s so important to further your education as an instructor and learn from others with great methods and techniques/exercises. I love watching and learning from other instructors and clinicians do I can improve my teacugor lessons. Thanks
Hi Kathy! I do teach- that’s a great idea. I’ll work on getting some lessons videoed when we get back from regionals next week!
Thanks Alex.. Going to do it now!!
Thanks I use your exercises quite often.
Great exercise
Anger issues? Ok me 😂. I relate to this lovely pony 🤪
Thank you Alex, this helps my young horse stay focused and rhythmic. Hi from Santa Barbara.
Could you do a video on how to sit the trot?
Jennifer Mulholland yes! I’ll get working on that.
She's beautiful! I love your videos and I am looking forward to your next ride!
This is great! You really can see Dragonfly’s trot improve Using this on Willow also AND the shoulder in to lengthen exercise. Both are really improving the fat pony’s trot! Thank you!!
I love how you can really see the sit and bend of the haunches in the last part of the exercise. It really straitened and lifted his shoulders too! So simple but so effective.
So glad to see this video. I love this series and have been sharing with everyone I know.
Just did this tonight with my gangly green gelding. Definitely marked improvement with his throughness and more prompt canter transitions! Looking forward to using the other exercises from your channel!
Emily Turner I’m so glad to hear you found it helpful!
Great videos!
Loving your videos. Please keep them coming .
Great exercise! I like your honesty and how you keep it real. This is such common scenario for so many of our young guys. Awesome job and very easy to relate to ❤.
Just exactly what I needed.be doing this tomorrow!
