What is the best posture or position?
Well, it depends
•
It depends on an individuals, structure, movement abilities, training experience, and neurological organization.
All of which will determine what is the best posture/position for that athlete.
•
And the best way, at least in my experience to figure this out, is to find the strongest position for them. That is usually the best one.
•
If you’re a clinician or coach and are exhausted, trying to guess your way to the best treatment or exercises for each of your unique clients/athletes.
You can eliminate a lot of the guest work in your clinical and coaching practice by checking out the content at AMTcertified.ca.

How would brachialis be a limiting factor in this movement? it only crosses the elbow joint and since the elbow flexion angle does not change, brachialis wouldn’t have any impact this shoulder flexion. Also, brachialis inserts onto the ulna, meaning it is not impacted what so ever by any change in pronation or supination. Lastly, in the movement demonstrates, the degree of supination is also unchanged as the shoulder does through flexion, meaning the Pronator is also unchanged and would not impact one’s ability to flex the shoulders. You are just spewing word garbage

Yes barachaialis will only limit elbow extension. Limitations in supination and shoulder flexion are more related for the facial connections from the thorax to the hand. And he has limitations in other areas as well. For the rest of your question look at anatomy trains and fascial lines and you will better understand.
