Easy High Protein Quiche With Crust
This high-protein quiche with crust healthily delivers bakery-level indulgence! Packed with savory Canadian bacon, fluffy eggs, spinach, onions, melty cheese, and a crispy crust, it's irresistibly delicious. Plus, it's straightforward and quick to make, ideal for meal prepping.
🥧 INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen deep dish pie crust (Pillsbury)
½ medium onion (110g) finely diced
1 cup of spinach (43g roughly chopped)
2 whole eggs
¾ cup egg whites (180g)
¾ cup low fat evaporated milk (90g)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
5 oz Canadian bacon (142.5 g chopped)
¾ cup 2% mozzarella cheese (84g)
2 tbsp dried herbs (chopped parsley, basil, or cilantro)

Hi 👋🏼Fernanda, you should bake your cookies at 350F/180c 🍪. Just be sure to keep an eye on it at the halfway mark because everyone’s oven is different.

Hey 👋🏼 I know what you’re talking about lol 😂 but NO 🤩 we used PEScience Select Pro Friosted. You can also try it without protein powder, but the “nasty aftertaste” depending on the type of protein powder you use for.

Yes you can substitute almond milk with low fat milk. You can also use yogurt but if you use yogurt you may need to add milk if the batter gets too thick. You can make this without using protein powder you’ll just need less milk. You can also double the amount of oats but you’ll need to add more milk. Does that make sense?
