If you stammering and stuttering fix nobody's going to understand a word you say that's why they're speech therapy. I believe the only reason you don't want to fix it is because you don't think you can fix it and you're too embarrassed to try.

I have an acquired stammer. Started off as blocks for a few days then I woke up with a bad stammer. Its so frustrating for me. I Seen neurologists etc can't pin point it but my speech therapist said it could be drug induced. ie prescribed meds uch as pregablin. Codeine or sertraline for example. But damage may already be done so topping the meds may not help.
