I'd say the attack speed are the least of the needed patches. Civvie 11 perfectly pointed out and showed what I'd say is the worst problem besides explosions hitting you through walls; The damage. One zombie took 1 shotgun, another took 4. A hand wielded howitzer, useless. Napalm launcher, useless. Sniper rifle, useless. Flare gun, same as shotgun. They deal random amounts of damage and go from nearly one burst to taking your entire arsenal just to kill the first wave. Tweak the random damage TREMENDOUSLY so it's like real FPS games like Doom. Small random but consistently gives the same result.

If its a ".RAR" file type then how do I add this to blood 2?

Over the past two years, someone has been working to improve Blood II. I don't know whether to be happy or extremely pitiful.

Never thought I gonna have another reason to play Blood 2 ever again (Extra Crispy is one thing, but somehow lost some interest in the sequel. Nightmare Levels are excluded. Those are big meh now...)

While I like Extra Crispy for Blood 2 (except I don't like how some weapons look just changed into Shogo mobile weapons - eg. the Juggernaut as Napalm cannon is ridiculous.) this mod seems good, at least for the weapons. I gonna give a chance to it

main thing this game needed is readjusted difficulty levels. easy is too easy, medium is almost impossible and the last one is basically impossible.

Never played FAKK 2 but I heard things about it, and the soundtrack is really thrilling. Also love your Redux Cruo videos as well.

Is this real or custom?

This is just glorious. Redux Cruo turns Blood 2 into a more polished game with the changes in small details. I read from the ModDB page and it looks pretty extensive with all the quality-of-life details (sounds, textures, animations etc.) being changed for the better. I think the weapons pack a bigger punch than in the vanilla version.

I'm looking forward to this mod. Very excited for it

This is *amazing...* You're really doing god's work here. It's been awesome to see how many improvements you've made so far, like with enemy AI and pathing. I haven't personally played Blood 2 in about decades, dropped the full game not long after the demo ends. Found the CD a couple years later and it had been eaten by salt rust (I lived near the coast back then). How are their damage numbers behaving so far? Saw Civvie's video on the original game & it felt weapons damage either had RNG involved or hit detection was so messed up it wouldn't detect shots on enemies. On a related note, any thoughts on how to balance the Napalm Launcher-like AOE hitting through walls enemies like Drudge Lords use? Just curious, I'm fine with "git gud" as a response 😂 EDIT: I just read your response dated Jan 2021 to someone asking the same thing about weapon RNG damage on moddb. Please feel free to disregard my question on that 👍

This mod could be the main reason to give another chance to Blood 2: The Chosen. I just wanna ask a question about the weapons: -Will be possible to carry all of them or it'll mantain the limitation to carry only 10 weapons just like the vanilla version?

Looks very nice but I would keep the slower movement like in the original. Faster looks not natural. Anything else - textures, sounds, animations - are great!
