How To Get Flat Cake Layers - Very Easy and Moist Chocolate Cake Recipe
Wish your cakes would bake a little flatter instead of doming in the middle? Here is a DIY cake baking strip hack for a flatter cake and the easiest baking hack for having the moistest cake.

Recipe
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (sift to get rid of any hard cocoa bits)
2 tsp. baking powder
1.5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
40 mm espresso coffee
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
*1cup boiling water
Icing of your choice
*reduce this by 40mm if adding espresso coffee
Preheat oven to 175 Celsius or 350 F
Prepare two 9-inch cake pans, sprayed lightly and adding baking paper
Add all of the ingredients as listed above and mix with an electric mixer. Distribute batter evenly between the two cake tin.
Bake for 30-35 minutes
Let cool on baking tray for 10 minutes then remove from baking pans to cool for a further 30 minutes.
Add icing
ENJOY!!

My monthly shopping list would be - Milk, onions, Tomato, some vegetables(green ones), cooking oil , some rice and whole wheat flour (each 5 kg) ,some fruits, nuts(if they're available) chicken some kilograms, fish, washing powder, cofee, and just one or two snacks packet that's it. Oh yeah some indian spices or herbs if i could find some. No need for any extra junk food snacks.

Have to watch out for them trails that overlap. I started looking them up first before I hit them or go to the visitors center first and get a map to avoid getting lost. Those birds kind of freak me out when they all fly/flock like that. Thanks for taking us on this adventure.

We usually wait for Costco or Sam's Club here in the States for the coupons which does help a lot. I was in Ontario this weekend and holy crap groceries in Canada are way too expensive compared to the States!

The area is so big that some of the remains of bodies have not been found. There’s more stories of underworld murders and other horrific events that has taken place that o didn’t mention. Yes the thought did cross my mind about the pine cones 😝
I'm in Melbourne and yes your prices are more expensive as Perth is the most isolated city in the world and wages are high. You also selected some premium items that I would buy, but only on special.

I feel like in Australia we pay overseas prices on seafood, Our country is surrounded by water. Why are imported seafood cheaper? We have it the wrong way around in this country. In Asia, ppl always expect to pay more from imports.
100% I am also concerned about eating overseas seafood. How have they been farmed? …, inhumane? As well as chemicals in the fish due to the environment etc
@TimeToLive19 it's just businesses being greedy. Even buying local, something I find that eggs from the same state costs more than eggs coming from another Australian state. It's obviously more expensive for distribution from up the hill to down the hill.

I met Jim Kerr back in 1990 when my sister and I found out where he lived and went for a visit. He came and spoke with us and signed my 'Street Fighting Years' book.
