Mine come out at night, I think feeding helps, and stability. Once they start to encrust and are really are happy with placement in accordance to flow and light they start to come out more

Yes we use a skimmer. Don’t oversize your skimmer.

@@KentuckyReef Appreciate your feedback. That’s how it looks in person. I did have to tone down the blue but only for the purpose of making it look truer to the eye.
