I love watching games like this. When QB's who later are labeled bust but have a few decent moments. It's my opinion but his throwing mechanics were subpar at best and with his work ethic and attitude he did it all to himself. Even if the Raiders were bad if he was dedicated and worked hard it would have shown and he wouldn't have been out of the league by 2010.
