Madness Project Nexus - Creber is Legion
Who needs friends when you're the only company you need?
Not only is this my first run as Creber, but it is also my first run playing without any hirelings or reinforcements. The extra money saved by not hiring and equipping hirelings came in handy for buying all the modded gear I was using, especially the lightsabers.
So happy that this game has official mod support now. The game has its limits on what can be changed, but people are already pushing those limits. I can't wait to see what creations people will unleash into the workshop. I know I'll certainly have to try my hand at making something eventually.
Speaking of which, I'm probably going to be taking a couple weeks break to enjoy the summer for a while. I've got a bunch of other projects I've been putting off, including learning how to mod for this game, so freeing up some time from editing will help me wrap those up. I won't be gone for long, don't worry!

The Lightsaber mod has basically every single lightsaber you could ever want. Darksaber, Dooku's light rapier, Ashoka's white lightsaber. All of them.

does NEM work with workshop? The other time I tried to download NEM in the beta version of the game that is necessary for the workshop but it didn't work
NEM does not work on the workshop beta of the game. Keep an eye on the mod version when downloading and the comments on the mod's steam installation guide. The developer comments somewhat frequently on the steam guide page which is where I get most of my news for the mod.

how you use the workshop
You have to be in the beta branch of the game for workshop mods to work. Once you're in the beta though, it's as simple as subscribing to the mod on the workshop and that's it. Backup your saves first though because switching over to the beta has caused a few problems for me and a few others in this comment section. If your game has trouble loading inventories or stores, quit and relaunch and it should clear things up.

This was made with only Not Enough Madness back when it still worked. After the main game updated, NEM no longer works right now and is slowly getting reworked to function alongside workshop mods.

Huh new update?!?!
*Fun fact:* Creber can actually switch to his clones and play as them! This happens automatically when you die, making it so that you can live forever if you’re good enough, since the clones periodically respawn if they’re dead.
It's a fun mechanic, especially if the one you're playing is getting swarmed so you can bail out to someone else, but I try my best to stick to the one you start with since that one's got all the weapons you give him. If you swap out and that one dies, you gotta circle back and grab all your stuff.

If you want a true challenge, something that even after hyperbuffing yourself with the most busted armors and weapons will still make you die multiple times, you should try nevadean nightmare, or if not and you just want to play something new, then try void's arenas
