What are the factors for registering an electric moped/scooter in Mass? I don't mean electric kick scooters but full sized electric scooters with similar capability to a 49cc. I tried to register one and was denied registration. I have an MCO and a bill of sale. They really gave me no reason why they won't register it.

If only this were the case in California. Here you have to pay full registration and insurance fees just to ride a 49cc scooter. This is why I bought a bigger bike cause it costs the same

I own this sonic moped. And i love it. It's 50 cc, but it's bigger than most moped i see. Bigger than even many 125cc, etc. It's also very fast. Even when carrying somebody on the back. It also get great milleage.

Are the rules of the road different for limited use vehicles?

Question. New scooter. I may not have the idle adjusted right. The bike is not hard to start nor does it bog or stop running at a stop, however, it seems like I have to apply a lot of throttle before the bike moves. How do I fix this? I have adjusted my throttle cable for almost no play so I don't believe it's a throttle issue. With the throttle play controlled my expectation is the bike should start to move as soon as I start to apply throttle but it doesn't. Could the idle be too retarded still?

You skipping the kick start arm and what size bolt holds it on really screws me and without that information. I am stuck and can't go forward!
