@ I would even check your fuel pipes….i use E10 pipe made in Italy now as I had some that closed up inside due to the ethanol….tried Kawasaki genuine fuel pipe…the fuel made them so flexible it folded them

I’ve learnt the hard way with carb kits,petrol tap kits etc….if you don’t buy genuine seals etc. The ethanol in the fuel changes the seals into black PTFE tape….and fills your sump up with fuel

@@judd5786 gonna balance the Carbs see if that smooth it out, had a Honda CB400F years ago, 1978 F2 model, run roughly and clutch rattled until the Carbs were balance, was smooth as silk until Carbs needed attention again. 🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍

@@MichaelZZRrider Will have a nosey see if there are filters on inside of tank, mine is a C1 model, deffo top end slight rattle, watched a few vids all pointed to shims needed looking at, lower compression on cylinders with shims out of tolerance. Thanks for comment. 👍👍👍👍👍🙂🙂🙂🙂

Does some great content. He went for a ride on a SkyLab bike, small commuter bikes rigged up with boards either side so you could carry 4 or more people or loads. 👍👍👍👍👍

You can get some great power gains with sports inlet manifold, Lexmaul I think, sports cams, sports air filter, standard fit in airbox, nice cool air, getting rare now, keeping it standard would be brilliant too. Was in our GSI cavalier on east Lancashire Road heading back to Liverpool back in the day. A Vauxhall Nova came past us by the gamebird pub, he started to open it up as he entered the roundabout at the junction for Rainford, he floored it as he came off roundabout to head for Liverpool, I wished I could have caught up with him, no chance, 😲😲😲😲🚗 that Nova was gone!!!!! Am sure that it must have had a C20LET Turbo conversion and tuned up too. 😲😲😲🙂🙂🙂🙂 Seriously quick Nova. 🙂🙂🙂🙂😎😎😎😎🚗🚗🚗🚗

@vazza7504 taken it from a 1.2spi to a 1.6mpi from the gte, high lift cam better fuel system to run, stainless centre back exhaust 4-2-1 manifold ect, all the bits just to get the last few horses out of her, she's definitely a nippy bugger on the test route it left my 5series behind 🤣

It is the normal way to go on brakes because they do get hot but I have not had a problem using ordinary spray paint on calipers, ZZR1100 and YZF750 and others I have painted are doing ok a few years on. I even painted cam covers on bikes and cars and all have been ok. 👍👍👍👍🙂🙂 Cavalier GSI cam cover in Halfords Vauxhall star silver lasted until I sold it, good four years of ownership, nice red on spark plug cover on the Red Top C20XE engine. @@gregorynickerson7407 I have had mine apart to fix fuel gauge on a C1 apart from that there is a metal link pipe goes from underneath filler cap to rear of tank were it emerges has a small metal pipe with rubber hose attached down to rear of engine, this is to take any water from your tank cap in case of rain, out safely to the road. It saves any water filling up the filler cap and then mixing with your petrol. 👍👍👍👍

@@jritchiejritchie2687 That's exactly what was up with it buddy, staff at Halfords said it as happened a few times, they are aware of some nozzles not manufactured quite right. Usually a clean out of the nozzle sorts it. Halfords Staff were very good, swapped them no problems at all. 👍👍👍👍👍

😂😂😂😂😂 nearly all done now Jay, rear suspension rebuild and paint, cockpit fairing and front mudguard repair and paint and I think that's it on all the painting, carbs need sorting too. 👍👍👍👍
