I can’t target my chest with dips. I feel it too much in my shoulders and triceps I only feel my chest really working when I do cross body movements like flyes and cables etc

It's all genetics man I got the same thing. The pectoral is horizontal not vertical so theirs no special shit u can do

@@johnpaulmarconi u can increase the size of your chest but you can't close the Gap. Just make it look smaller
I have a big gap in my sternum too, hopefully working out more can make it look smaller

@@dylanwatt1455 u are suppose to sit on this machine so u don't slip and tear ur muscle... I already seen 3 people tear their lower traps doing this. So u are pretty much at more risk of enjuring urself. Also people never learn till they make big mistakes doing stupid movements that u don't need when u can already activate ur muscles without standing up.. just fucking do it with a dumbbell or with cable standing up lol u use machines like this for a reason anyways
@@warddiabloftw1 If have tried some of his movements and for me they work very well. Believe me Sir Charles knows his game very well. I don’t follow blindly, I check carefully before I do. And he is on point. What people need to understand is that these movements are ADVANCED technics, this is for people who have experience in lifting and a good technic in the regular movements. It’s important to already feel your muscles quite well. Not to say that I am the perfect athlete, but a lot of people who complain about these technics have probably never even tried them and don’t even understand what they are talking about.
@@sonnyrocket4491 maybe take few things from each trainer not everything .. learn that any coach has information but mostly on the internet they teach u "what they like" u can hear him say that.. also just cause he's won like 30 years ago with taking roids it don't mean u should do every exercise he does.
