HOPE & INFINITE MINDSET BY FRANCIS ABBAH
Hope allows leaders to be infinite minded and not just finite minded. To be infinite minded is to have a long-term view about your entity as a leader. Meaning, you want your entity to outlast you for many generations and keep being the best versions of themselves. You are not focused on competitions with others, but you are focused on developing your entity to become better today than it was yesterday and better tomorrow than it is today. We can be hopeful about the future possibilities without having an infinite mindset. However, we cannot have an infinite mindset without being hopeful about the future because being infinite minded, is mostly concerned about how your entity will turn out in the future. And hope, allows us to be bold, courageous and launch out into the deep of the future.
