Cars back then had so much style, something that is virtually nonexistent on modern cars. They were also mechanically so much simpler with MUCH less to go wrong and no electronics to clutter up the engine compartment.

When I worked t a SHELL SERVICE STATION back in the early 1960s. And believe me WE DID SERVICE,!! I had to wash and WAX a 1950 black Caddie. You have never lived until you WAX a black lacquered caddie, with real Simonize Wax!!

I see the AC controls to the left of the steering wheel but no AC vents on the dash below the toggle switches. Beautiful car.
