I Tried Celsius Energy Drink and Here's What Happened

✅ **Caloric Content**: Why sucralose has zero calories and how that compares to sugar.
✅ **Impact on Blood Sugar**: The effects of sucralose vs. sugar on blood glucose levels.
✅ **Dental Health**: How these sweeteners affect your teeth.
✅ **Overall Health Considerations**: Potential benefits and risks associated with each sweetener.
Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast looking for a new energy boost or just curious about sweeteners, this video is for you! Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more reviews and health.

In my coffee and smoothies I’ve been using “NOW Foods” organic monk fruit drops. It’s natural, has zero calories, and doesn’t affect blood sugar (great for diabetics); and to me it doesn’t taste any different than sugar. A little goes a long way, so the price isn’t as bad as it seems. There’s also monk fruit granules (Lakanto being the most popular), which is good for baking, but it contains erythritol, which gives it a yucky aftertaste. I don’t think sugar or their synthetic substitutes have any pros that outweigh the cons. Hopefully manufacturers will start producing things with monk fruit to provide an alternative to sugar, etc.

Thanks for sharing your experience with monk fruit from NOW Foods, i’ve never tried the drops. That’s definitely a great option, especially for those watching their blood sugar levels. I’ve heard good things about monk fruit being a natural alternative to sugar that tastes sweeter so you don’t need much! And you're right, erythritol can have that weird aftertaste. I’m with you about more manufacturers catching on and using monk fruit as well as other natural sweeteners. It’s great to have more natural and healthier alternatives. Im gonna look for those monk fruit drops to try!

I wish I was a Zen master in that that no matter what happens I'd be unperturbed about it. Calm, cool n collected in any given situation. I think wanting to escape somewhere simple and free from all the chaos when life feels like it's squeezing every bit out of you is natural stage of progression. You're right about not letting stress take up space in our minds rent-free. It's a battle, but staying focused on what we can control and finding our own moments of peace definitely helps. Wishing you all the best. Stay tough. Hang in there, and cultivate your inner Zen master! Better days are definitely ahead, brother!

I've spent most of my adult life contemplating how to escape the rat race. The truth is that there is no escape. You have to WIN the rat race, to see any semblance of escape. And it's a constant fight. You think van lifers escaped? It's just homelessness with nice things and a social media following. Moving to a low cost of life country? You traded your stability to live like royalty in an impoverished nation. Financial Independence Retire Early (FIRE)? Congrats, you saved enough money to live on meager financial rations for the rest of your life. I spent 10 years and finally made it to six figures salary, only to see my buying power cut in half. Financially speaking, you either find a way to be set for life, or you will be forever in the grind. The only other option I see is something like joining an ecovillage where everything you need is hunted, grown, foraged, and sewn within the community. Just like humans have done for millennia. Now, there is more to life than money so if you have people you love who love you back, then that is all you need in truth. Everything else is optional.

    • @nextlevel5265
      @nextlevel5265 Місяць тому

Man, I really appreciate this insight, thank you for sharing your thoughts. You've articulated a reality many people grapple with-the feeling that there's no true escape from financial pressures. There’s so many nuances that often get overlooked in regards to a rat race. It’s true that different paths come with their own sets of challenges. So get good at those challenges because THATS LIFE. Your mention of ecovillages is an interesting example of how alternative lifestyles can provide a sense of fulfillment beyond conventional economic success to which many of us preoccupied with the “rat race” have a hard time fathoming. Ultimately, it's a personal journey, whether it’s finding balance, or grinding and achieving. Your insights remind us that while financial stability is important, nurturing relationships and finding joy in non-material aspects of life can be more rewarding 💯

Quit living above your means, cheap apartment iwith your stuff is as good as a 5 bedroom house with your stuff. For example, laying on your couch watching tv is the exact same in a 5000 a month home and a 1000 a month home. Dont buy unneeded items, minimalist is the way to go....buy high quality things you use and quit buying stuff to eventually put into a yard sale and sell for 2 dollars when you paid 100 for it. Food is the only thing you shouldnt skimp on, your health is the most important thing.

I share this idea with everyone I can, as anyone who has a phone and a computer or tablet can do this. I tend to be wordy, so bear with me. Instead of trying to get "hired," work solely on commission from the customer base already in a company's system that they have given service to for the past two to four years. The company can interview you and ask for a background check and I.D., but that should be all. They only give you a name and phone number for their past customers, and the job they did for them. It goes like this: You make the call and say, "Hi, this is Jim, calling on behalf of Pipe's Plumbing. We were out at your house last year and put a drain in your garage. How has that worked for you?" Customer: "Fine, no problems." You: "Great, so glad to hear. Do you have any other plumbing issues you'd like to have someone call you about?" Customer: "Now that you mention it, my outside hose bib is leaking and I can't find the right fixtures for it. Can someone give me a price?" You: "Certainly. I will pass this to the workers and they'll call to set up an appointment. Is this a good number on which to call you?" Customer: "Sure." That's it. You give the order to the office, and keep a log book. You are working for a percentage of the job only. You are a "bird dog" for them to get them more business. You can work for a dozen companies, five companies, or a hundred, from anywhere you are. You can work within your own field of expertise or interests. You can work on your own schedule. No obligation, no pressure to perform, as they are not paying you anything. This works for smaller companies that need the business. You have an arrangement as to how to follow up on jobs they do because of your lead. It should be cut and dried, and you don't need to call the customer again. Any time you don't want to work for them any more, just notify them that you won't be, so they don't have to wonder what happened to you. You can work as much or as little as you want, when you want. My son has a smallish business, and he has a "bird dog." He only told me that after I thought about this, because I ran it by him. His bird dog has to drive around to find the business as it is visible. He talks to the person at the residence about it, and if the person says "yes," then he just gives the order to my son. He makes good money. But you are working from a customer list, not looking for new customers. Anyway, just wanted to pass that along, as I know that if I had a service or equipment business and someone offered to work for commission only, I'd jump at it.

That is actually beautiful. I left US. For many reasons. Sadly where I’m from, my 550$ month studio on the beach in Jacksonville Florida is now nearly 2k a month with a 2 year waiting list. My husband’s friend had to sell his how due to doubled insurance costs. The whole diversity thing is something I hated and saw first hand how it didn’t make goals more obtainable. But I knew the goal of those needing it, and the idiocracy of those wanting it and being privileged by it. I live in a 99% white country, far more relaxed yet still merit based.

But if you think of it, since the British colonialism all around the world and the bloody US Fiat dollar took over the world, the West's economy has been basically sucking blood out of all the 3rd world countries such as Pakistan, India, African countries....the workers have to work 12 hours every day to stay alive, and probably billions of people live under those conditions their entire life. My opinion is, if we are going to free ourselves from this financial collapse, we should rescure everyone on the earth. We can't be leaches and make sure only our ass is safe. Abundance and resources are sufficient but the problem is that 1% elites hold of all the resources and abundance. The only and needed solution here for us is to get out of their control and stop using the dollar or whatever the legal tender we are using right now - and start exchanging goods with promissory notes (if needed) or just give away goods to whom needed without expecting anything in return. If everyone is in abundance, this would work.

Thank you for sharing your thought-provoking insights.

Man, that’s a tough one. Escaping real poverty is not easy, because even being a part of the rat race is not gonna cut it anymore. You said it, it’s time to get creative with how you earn your money. But there’s a lot of people to compete with, An original idea for making yourself good money is hard to come by. Not impossible, but getting harder to achieve, everyone is looking for that new business idea to start up. It ain’t easy I’d say go with whatever you’re naturally good at, do whatever you can to earn money from a natural born talent. Whatever it is you find comes easier to you than most other people, find a way to do that even better and create an income from it any way you can. That being said, being really good at something that makes you money doesn’t always guarantee you’ll make a good living doing it.

It depends on how you mean that question. Are you talking about cyborgs, transhumanism, or the end of civilization, I’m not exactly sure what you mean, if you could clarify?

In the past few months they have created the atmosphere in society in which we are all practically worthless and the AI will replace us in every aspect. Now that is very dangerous mentality to adopt because if you do the AI replacing us will become self fulfilng prophecy. Keep up with the content creation bro I wish you a lot of success in the future!

Maybe thinking like a Quaker or joining the Quakers way isn’t a bad idea . Getting back to nature and being good stewards to the planet is a better perspective for progress

Interesting… I definitely believe in unplugging from technology and reconnecting with nature, even for extended periods of time. I also believe in being disciplined while leveraging technology. Living in nature while adapting to technological changes and finding potential opportunities in this brave or not so brave new world. We shall see.

I don’t know bro i’ve been a sub for the past few months but i think increasing your video output is great you’ll get more in the algorithm. I love your content it’s raw and not just motivating but very educational too. besides that i think you’ll continue to grow by letting your own internal compass guide you especially with this type of content just stay consistent❤️

I would like to read, Central Harmony, by Confucius. And, the book of songs. Preferably one that was printed, before the Chinese Communist party came in, and rewrote confucianism, to support communism. Just a fair warning to anyone who reads this... Don't be the only person in your tribe that can read. Be one who can also comprehend.

Those shells hanging on the ceiling reminds me of Grandma's house 😆 Doing my Yoga daily I've been currently battling the thoughts of I don't feel like doing it. They arent easy but i know doing them even if I have to modify the movement is important. They keep me feeling stronger than compared to not doing them at all and feeling like jello I've been able to cross my calendar off everyday because I fight through that feeling and get it accomplished ❤

Thank you sis! One of the best ways to brain dump is to do it in the morning as soon as you wake up from a dream. It’s interesting when you go back and read it later but you can take it a step further, and use what you have written down as a blueprint, gaining insight for other ideas ❤️

I have found confidence has so much consequence in this realm, but I really like how you have now grown and you are giving this gift to the world!
