A shoulder linear rifle or even a burst rifle would be incredible. I want some more kinetic goodness. I nearly always run a high EN output/recharge + kinetic weapon build so something big and bulky that isn't a huge en drain would be perfect.

The chances of you firing all 16 duckette shots before using a QB to recover some of your recoil control is highly unlikely, so it is very easy to control the recoil of duckettes with any arm part with roughly 100 recoil control.

Is there a good website for stats on AC builds? It's hard for me to find the meta/off-meta without seeing a video on it. Or is it just word-of-mouth with this game and there's no real build database?

No netcode improvements an it doesnt matter how much content they add. Getting hit with an earshot despite you having dodged it on your end gets real tiresome almost instantly. This game needs a lot of netcode improvements. For one REIGON BASED MATCHMAKING. Without that, ranked just feels miserable.
