I’m coming from a Christian perspective. Instead of blocking negative energy can you change it to a positive energy. Jesus and other prophets and mystics would almost suggest we should embrace it. However if it becomes too much to take what can we do. Saying the Jesus pray “lord Jesus Christ son of God have mercy on me a sin” if you really mean it and sorry for your actions like the tax collector Jesus said was better than the Pharisees in the Bible and as you meditate on it. Don’t run from dark things like negative dreams they can show they can give us wisdom. Because it shows you sorry for your negative actions and wants things to be better not just for yourself but people around and that you want God’s mercy. It brings you to a humble state. Humility is key for spiritual growth. Speak less and listen more see how God is speak to you. Anyhow that’s things I have learned. I’m open to find other truths and God shows me.
