Yes! They would grow well for you! Just keep in mind to plant them after the last frost then just feed and water them and they will give you all those amazing blooms

Can I grow this in zone 8b … the description says zone 3-7
Since you are in zone 8 this cutie will get more intense sun in your zone which could cause it to burn. If you are looking for a cute arborvitae, you might want to go with Sting, Fluffy, or Spring Grove those are all great performers in zone 8

I wish heucheras had that color variation!
Heuchera come in some pretty colors but yes it doesn't have the multi color effect like the coleus.

Your tears express your genuine grief for all that the people in the SE have lost. My daughter is working with Samaritan’s Purse accessing remote areas in W. NC where people are not getting support. Helene was DEVASTATING for our communities in the Western side of NC.

Is there a hydrangea that can take full sun in zone 8a? I love them, but I have little to no shade in my yard.
Sounds like we need to create some shade :) A hydrangea on it's own will be hurt by that hot sun in zone 8. You can plant a Thuja or Rose of Sharon (tall sun loving plants) to help create shade and plant the hydrangeas along the front

this spring i picked up 3 Spirit II hydrangeas. and 2 are still alive but starting to go to sleep. But one lost its leaves pretty ealy around early august and looks dead. How can i tell if it is still alive? I've continued watering it since I have drip irrigation but i just don't see any signd of life.
You can do a scratch test to see if it's still alive! Simply scratch the main stem with your fingernail- if you see green, it's alive and well and just going dormant. If it's brown, you likely lost it. I would trim back for the fall and wait to pull anything until the spring, though! Maybe it will surprise you :)
