A ball of talent that was used for financial purposes and the poor girl never had the opportunity to be a child in a normal environment, she was a financial arrangement and a guinea pig for untested drugs that would eventually zap her vitality, mental state, and good looks!
Encantadora ❤ Assisti o filme :O mágico de Oz com ela ,simplesmente amei 🎉❤
She seems so much happier in these earlier performances.
I had Mrs. Perry for 1 grade and mrs. Duarte
I have Mrs. Perry and then I am in fourth grade now, so I have Mrs. Duarte there
The fire in the background is real and from a refinery fire in southern California.
A beautiful icon & with a voice.... blessed by God...., 🙏🙏🙏 ❤️❤️🙏🙏😎👏👏
Its a shame that Judy was a life-long empath and never learned just how nasty, evil, untrustworthy, ruthless, selfish, narcissistic and sociopathic most other human beings actually are!!! For God's sake I'm 55 and still have trouble swallowing that bitter pill and it still leads me into all sorts of trouble!!! I still find myself every now-and-then putting faith in someone just to be reminded NOT TO DO THAT!!!! I find it a lot easier to just UTTERLY HATE EVERYONE, its safer and better to just rely on yourself and learn to use others long before you let them use you, because that's what'll happen.......EVERY TIME!!!
Spectacular dancing in last clip
Легенда!
A beautiful soul that gave her life to bring joy to ours. God Bless You Judy ❤️
Gorgeous plus Tyrone!
Missed seeing Ann Miller and Carole Lombard....otherwise you started with the best, Judy Garland!! Great video!
I was 13 when she died. I did not understand all the fuss and sensation at the time. I discovered her much later in life. She is a national treasure. Sing, dance, act. She did it all and made it seem easy. Just love her. RIP
Happy Birthday Judy, you will always be loved.
Stop for a bit and consider: these are 80-year-old Hollywood FX.
My dad was a top turrets gunner a b24 bomber
She was also an excellent dancer. Even when she dance with Fred Astaire, your eyes go to her. She’s the one you want to watch.
Thank you times a million for this compilation you angel ❤❤❤❤

Notice a very young Angela Lansbury. 😮
Beautiful soul
It's sad because I think she's beautiful and she was very special and unique and it's sad that she was so abused and disappointed with life and that's such a sad ending. It's frustrating for me because I don't like this kind of music at all and it seems like such a waste of her voice to me. That will be sacrilege to her true devotees but that's how it is. I couldn't be paid to listen to this 8 hours a day 40 hours a week, and I would really dislike having to listen to it regularly as my only access to music. But I can appreciate how wonderful she was and how talented she was.
That girl could do anything and do it extremely well! The Greatest talent the world has ever known, or will ever know.
2:33

1:53 MRS GRILLO!!!
THAT IS MY SCHOOL
Better than the 2001 “Pearl Harbor” movie. And suffice to say they didn’t use the Mark Twain bombsight again after the Raid.
I GO THERE……
Omg I loved the Carnegie hall one!

She was simply a goddess in every way
nice
Pretty depressing to see those elephants in a circus show. No natural lives in their natural environment. I have seen elephants in Kruger National Park in South Africa. Those animals are majestic and live a beautiful life in families.
Can you imagine that this is one of the scenes that was cut from "A Star Is Born" ! After the movie had a first run in the major movie house the power that be at Warner Bros. cut several scenes because they thought the movie was too long . In those days they fit two movies in the neighborhood theaters . Judy' Garland's daughter has tried like Hell to find an original copy but she said it probably doesn't doesn't exist anymore . What a damn shame . This woman was a genius at her cradt. Nothing Judy Garland ever did should have wound up on 'the cutting room floor .
Rip queen 👑 Judy you will be missed
I was in love with Judy as a small kid! Now, as a grown gay man, I love her even more! ❤Thank you, Judy, for everything! Your magical voice, your charisma, your beauty!
Well done, more stars than there are in the heavens. I love how it starts with Judy Garland and ends with Esther Williams . . . both MGM musical giants. And all of the icons in between. Love this, thank you.
This movie was one of Chuck's first movie in a starring role.
A poignant recollection. Well done, Joseph.
Amazing that the Love Finds Andy Hardy (1938) is just one year prior to Wizard of Oz... as well as Ann Rutherford being in Gone With the Wind
Great tributre
🌹⭐❤️
Is that Jose' Iturbi the concert pianist?
She was called a hunchback, told her teeth and nose were wrong and needed fixing and sadly she believed them. Now, if they told Barbra Streisand she had the wrong nose she would have told them to shove it and walked. Judy didn’t have that confidence in her ability and she had a cow of a mother who didn’t help.
Back when dancing was still done with the feet instead of with the arms😂
