Hi Hojteenn!🤗 Thanks for your question! If the ground is wet but it has stopped raining, grammatically, the best answer would probably be 'It has rained'. The Present Perfect (has/have + past participle) usually indicates something that happened in the past but which has a result that is still true now. = The ground is wet. Instead, when we use the Present Perfect Continuous (have/has been + verb + ing) it usually refers to something that has been happening up until now but where there is often the possibilty that the action will continue. = Maybe it will continue raining. In complete honesty though - the two examples are very similar and native English speakers like myself would probably use the two interchangeably, with no difference in meaning.
