I am 57 years old. Dentist advising to do all crowns on my front top teeth . The fronts are a bit thin but look okay but the back side I have erosion due to Gerd. I am terrified to get my teeth shaved down. For erosion on the back side can bonding/ onlays be an option in todays innovative world? Thats true,it was ruin my teet,bec.of that crown..My teeth in front upper, had a space in between,so the dentist suggest to put a crown,3 teeth..and after that it was painful ,when im out of the country,i visit the dentist. They did the xray and found out that,has an infection..until one fall off,when i got pregnant..until two of them has a bad smell..and totally did tooth extraction..but still one left and smell bad..its not advisable,better a denture.
