I would know some recipes for cooking this wild meats
This year I ordered from you guys a Turkey Crown, Venison Haunch and a Gammon. All 3 meats arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the meat is nothing like myself nor my family have ever had before. I always cook the turkey the night before but come the next day its dry and tasteless, but with yours it was still moist and full of flavour. The Venison was so tender and also full of flavour, cooked to Medium-Rare, im never going back to beef joint again! And the Gammon too was so tender, fresh and thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you guys so much for your excellent service, I will be ordering again very soon!
