Revenge of the Sith is really a sad Love story that changed there galaxy. Anakin was manipulated and treated badly by Palpatine and the Jedi. Anakin won many battles for the Jedi. The Jedi gave him bad advice and never had faith in him and the entire time Palpatine manipulating Anakin.

Why is everyone so surprised when Anakin killed the children? Anakin did this before. What's crazy is that even though Obi-Wan Kenobi was disappointed with Anakin saying he was supposed to bring balance to the force, not leave it in darkness, Anakin as Darth Vader does still eventually by choosing to throw the Emperor to his death to save Luke. So technically, he is still the chosen one.

The overall arc of 1-6, is mostly, the beginning, the rise and fall, and the redemption of Anikin Skywalker. Some say, the 'tragity' of Anikin Skywalker. Anakin, had the potential to be the most powerful, and wise person in the Galaxy. But Palps manipulated, and twisted him, because he knew, if he did not, Anikin would destroy him.

Strange parallel with current events, between the rise of Emperor Palpatine and that of Donald Trump...

The Misunderstanding in the prophecy was that the chosen one bring BALANCE to the force. Balance is neither the dark side or the light side of the force. Once I went to a museum and they put a script of Beethoven and Mozart one next to another. Mozart REALLY neatly written, no corrections. The one of Beethoven, so cool! Notes of differents sizes, crossed passages... it was interesting to see that! Also today art (music, movies, paintings) are a little dictated... It may get added to my Christmas repertoire with Die Hard, Trading Places and others...the final Christmas scene is pretty close to reality in its time. Anakin started as a slave in Part 1, and his mother remained a slave until she was freed by the moisture farmer who owned her. He hated slavery, so freedom was something he was sentimentally attached to. This value is the one which gets confused with democracy, since freedom is what the Republic was supposed to offer, and didn't. Ironically, Anakin can't see that despite him being freed by Qui-gon and Obiwan, he's been enslaved to the Emperor and calls the Empire his own, anyway.

I see you vibing on this movie, it's nice to see. Have you noticed when Palpatine comes to get Anakin on Mustafar. The first shot is the shadow of the shuttle looking like a bird of prey stalking its prey ! This episode is growing on me everytime I watch it. It's nearly a Greek tragedy. I think you'll love Rogue One, it bridges the gap between the two trilogies.

Ill agree with the others calling for rogue one. Consider it episode 3.5

For me star wars is 1-6. I was a 5 year old in the cinema watching star wars back in 1977. Alot didn't like the Prequels but the sequels showed the Prequels were almost masterpieces. I liked them as it fit the story together. Yet it did raise a few questions and holes. Out of them all for me Empire Strikes Back was the best. You could feel the odds stacked against them. Captured no social media to leak anything you didn't know if any would die. Then having to wait years to find out. New figures coming into shops of new charectors and ships etc was a huge part of my excitement as a boy. Plus wookies can live long. Id say if your going to watch Disney trash. I'd watch the better ones first that actually honor the films you watched. Rogue one and solo for han and chewies back story.

My order for favorite, most favorite to least favorite: 3, 6, 5, 2, 4, 7, 1, 8, 9. But no matter what movie, John Williams makes it ten times better.

If you rewatch these first three, you'll see Anakin never really fit in with the Jedi Council. First they told him he was too old to join. Then they told him to just forget about his slave mother Then they made him take a vow of chastity to deny his natural feelings for Padme. Then they told him to just enjoy when the people around him died. Then they denied elevating him to Master even though he singlehandedly won the Clone Wars. The Jedi Council made A LOT of mistakes with Anakin. They had the Chosen One in their hands, and they bungled him spectacularly. Yoda, especially, bungled him. Yoda was a bad leader, actually. He was a great instructor, but an out of touch Grandmaster. He couldn't see beyond the past 1,000 years of Jedi dominance and discounted the Sith growing right under his nose. In Star Wars lore, Yoda is remembered as a controversial Jedi Grandmaster by the rest of the galaxy because he literally met and planned the war with Chancellor Palpatine everyday and couldn't figure out- with all his great Force abilities -that he was sitting across the table from Darth Sidious and handing him more and more power, and military resources. Yoda is not a celebrated figure by the rest of the Galactic Republic. He's remembered as a type of Chamberlain figure who emboldened Palpatine & Count Dooku every step of the way like Chamberlain did with Hitler and Mussoulini.

Some say the third Trilogy is not on the same Level as the others. But i like it. When you watch Episode 7 you will see some old Friends again. P.S. You look a little similar to an Actress i see on TV. Are you maybe related? 😉😉😉
