Bonjour et merci pour votre question. Il ne faut pas de lavage avant l'arrêt de la réaction. Une fois le substrat ajouté, incuber 15 minutes, puis déposer directement la solution d’arrêt, sans laver ni vider les puits.

shouldn't it have done that in a sterile conditions under a laminar flow?
In most cases, ELISA testing does not have to be performed under sterile conditions or under a laminar flow. In some countries, however, there is a regulatory requirement to perform Avian Influenza ELISA tests in level 2 or 3 containment laboratories.

Hello Amel, With indirect ELISAs, the more a sample is positive (containing more antibodies), the stronger its color will be during the revelation step. A sample may contain more antibodies than the positive control. Consequently, this sample will have a stronger color than the positive control.
