    This is very bad inormation. Trump said take the guns early and have due process later. Then he teamed up with Lindsey Graham to call for new gun confiscation laws.

    The "God given" rights were really listed as Natural Rights. This video over states the impact of religion on American values. The word "Creator" was used rather than God. And at NO POINT did they say we acknowledge God above any kings. That was NOT in the document. IT DOES SAY... governments are empowered by the people. Jefferson was a Deist, or today we would call him an atheist. His "intellectual ideals" aligned with those of the time, Enlightened. By over dramatizing the presence of God in this document, this so-called freedomist... is really pushing a religious agenda that isn't present in the document OR the history.

    the declaration of independence isn't being followed by everyone because there is so much evil and corruption and immorality going on. If it was, then there would be no factory farming or chemical dumping or any immoral things relevant to people. Animals don't have a home to go to, many of them, because in the suburbs most of the land is owned by people so you find them on people's properties or on the street living with fears and anxieties and stresses, but not in nature where they belong, where they can rest, where they can eat happily. Animals and people are important, and obviously the earth too. People need plenty of fresh air, and plenty of nature, and plenty of unpolluted water and plenty of morality, where people truly care and have a sincere genuine respect for each other having moral values. People need to be able to and allowed to exercise their free speech unabashed and without fear, with courage to speak what's in their hearts with a clean conscience.

    VP Kamala Harris omitted "Life," instead of "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness," obviously pandering to the audience re: abortion. Deny the words, deny the principles, deny the rights. No, it's not that easy. I want leaders who believe in our foundational principles and are willing to work with the Constitution to achieve those ideals.

    Better yet, regarding whether The Constitution is up to date? Ask when the last person was sworn in to defend it? It is a breach of contract to enter into its terms and then UNDERMINE it by NOT adhering to the terms you agreed to. This breach is TREASON!

  • @danielkingery2429

    6:58 people firing politicians; for clarity; this is ONLY done with RECALL ELECTIONS --- never at general election, when the person's term ends any how.

    Oh.... By the way, we ONLY HAVE ONE GOVERNMENT. IT has multiple levels and three branches, BUT ALL OF IT is subject to The Constitution, as per Article 6.

  • @danielkingery2429

  • @danielkingery2429

    6:16 the constitution's checks and balances ARE EASY to maintain WHEN the government officers hold The Constitution SUPERIOR TO political party desires.

    4:57 the judiciary branch has the shortest term limits. The US supreme Court ONLY SERVES on GOOD BEHIAVOUR. Violating ANY LAW, and especially The Constitution is BAD BEHAVIOR and cause for removal. Yet, almost NEVER ENFORCED!

  • @danielkingery2429
    @danielkingery2429 Рік тому

    4:47 if "the founders" did not want people serving long terms, WHY NOT KEEP the SHORT-TERM limits of The Articles of Confederation? Those signers EVEN THEN were undermining the very system established to check their powrrs.

  • @danielkingery2429
    @danielkingery2429 Рік тому

    4:20 "The people choose their leaders"? THAT, Sir, is the ILLUSION we believe. Very rarely, almost never, have the registered voters ever actually elected those sworn into office ( from dog catcher to congress) this is true since 1776. ILLUSIONS!!!! we believe as truth. The evidence is short, the education longer. The Declaration's vote-count tern " CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED" makes it IMPOSSIBLE far a registered voter TO NOT VOTE. To get THE CONSENT from a KNOWN NUMBER of people, REGISTERED VOTERS, whoever or whatever is on the ballot MUST BE SOO GOD that it convinced more than 50% of th TOTAL BODY of registered voters TO CONSENT---- or FAIL FOR LACK OF CONSENT. Almost NONE of the people occupying elected office EVER got ENOUGH CONSENTING VOTES!!! Provable fact. We simply allowed our politicians to RE-WRITE The Declaration's vote-count terms to become a SIMPLE PLURALITY of just one more vote THAN NOTHING. And we scratch our heads wondering where things went wrong!

    @danielkingery2429 Рік тому

    At about 2:21... Bringing the states together... THAT is done with The Declaration. The Articles of Confederation, our FIRST constitution, was much BETTER FOR THE PEOPLE, if they merely added the Amendment to it. It literally had TERM LIMITS for all three branches and created the most politically impartial supreme court.

  • @danielkingery2429

    At about 1:50ish.... The Constitution IS NOT about governing the nation... IT IS all about GOVERNING THE GOVERNMENT. The Constitution does NOT grant right, it limits and or grants powers to government. Thus, GOVERNING THE GOVERNMENT.

  • @danielkingery2429
    @danielkingery2429 Рік тому

    At 1:40ish, you mistakenly downplay THE MOST IMPORTANT contract for the people.... The Declaration. IT IS our PROOF OF OWNERSHIP over government.... Only so long as we work together in accord with the terms of that contract.

  • @danielkingery2429
    @danielkingery2429 Рік тому

    You 1:03 defend freedom comment belongs with The Declaration. We, the governed people, are NOT TO DEFEND The Constitution! We... are supposed to ENFORCE its RULE OF LAW over government on the government officers who VIOLATE IT.!

  • @danielkingery2429
    @danielkingery2429 Рік тому

    I just watched your 5 min Declaration video. IT, The Declaration, WHEN WE enforce it, is what protects our rights WHEN government violates the limited power WE grant to government. The Constitution is NOTHING MORE than OUR grant or restriction of government powers.

    Your efforts are admirable, though misplaced by religious propaganda. By 1756 definitions, "NATURE'S god", " creator", and "divine Providence" can be construed religiously, they are generic references. The unanimous Declaration of the (thirteen) united States of America is the ACTUAL name of the CONTRACT people error by referring to it as a Declaration of Independence. Error? Yes! The Declaration IS the foundation for The later constitutions. It is SUPERIOR TO the constitutions; in the same way that corporate Founding Charters are SUPERIOR TO the Corporate By-Laws
