Why didn’t you guys opt for a prefab model could of saved probably Cole to a hundred grand on this and gained footage and if you wanted to sell it down the road it’s gonna be a much more narrower audience interested in a barn style model…. Plus all those features you paid sooo much extra for could of been included in cost I.e land packages that you can include the cost like foundation

$160,000 but you forgot a few additional cost. - Foundation $28000-35000 - All the permits (builders,driveway,plumbing,electrical,roofing,septic,etc.) $1000-20000 - The Land itself 0.50-1.00 Acre (prices vary greatly) $8000-50000 You could be looking at an extra 50-150k extra assuming you are buying cheap undeveloped land and how strict the regulations are in your area.
