Use a hair dryer to heat those sound deadening pads, wont get the panel too hot, not as hot as being in direct sunlight, not that we get direct sun in tbe UK 😂

Not a fan of windows myself but they do look good 👍 I blocked off most of my windows cos they where too big, if i had a choice i would have fitted small windows like you have 👌

I feel your pain, I just spent 3 weeks redoing a cabinet cos I wanted a different sink, every change creates 2 new problems and so on but you showed some great problem solving there 👍 there's a certain satisfaction to solving problems using what you already have, though as I say I usually create the problems in he first place 🤣 Soon be finished chap 👌 well as finished as a DIY build ever is 😁

Those silicone tiles off amazon do a good job of hiding gaps at the edges, that's how I hid mine 😂 It's coming on well chap 👍

My roof rack is made of 20/20 extrusion, good stuff aint it 👍 My furniture is similar but uses radiused extrusion (ex ambulance) , very sturdy way to build furniture, be way safer in an accident, nice conversion chap 👌
