Driving in the Utuado area in the in the central/western mountainous region of the island. It's stunningly beautiful, but note the width of the road. The is NOT a one way road! If someone comes the other way, you just make do as best you can. Somehow you always get by. (It looks like I'm going very fast, but I'm not. I'm sure I never broke 25)

Salmon burgers prepared at The Fly Trap in Ferndale, MI in a segment from the Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives episode "Off the Hook Specials" The ingredient name it's hard to make out is "Sambal Oelek", an Asian chili paste.
