There is a product called spring thing lot of folks seem to like them. I had the spring replaced at 1500 miles and at 11500 miles its doing it again. 22 refresh rst z71 diesel. Other than that it is a fantastic truck.

What if you make the stiffener plate with the cable brackets so you have some bolts that go through the gate? To me that would be much more durable.

I have a single 6000 and it drones bad around 1200-1500 at 30-35mph if you're cruising in a low speed area the only time it resonates bad with my truck, i just kick it out of OD and it shuts it up. But at every where else it just motors along. single side exit, stock cats.

Been dealing with this on my 2020 for 6-8 months now and it really hasn't bothered me that much. My door tag says mine was built in July 2020. The latest version (Aug 2023) of TSB 19-NA-129 says 2020's built after March 17th (in Mexico) or June 11th (in Fort Wayne) do not need the updated shims/isolators (or "inserts" as they call them), but there's a possibility of torque relaxation on the u-bolts. Told the dealer service adviser exactly what the problem is. I specifically said rear suspension articulation clunking. Reported it and asked them to take a look a few months ago at last oil change and they said "no problems found". Seriously? 😐So next oil change, I'm taking this TSB in printed out and telling them to retorque the u-bolts. I shouldn't have to do their job for them. What a joke. I even crawled under my truck and made sure it wasn't the spare tire, a heat shield, a skid plate, etc. But this and the somewhat uncomfortable seats are about the only complaints I have with my truck honestly. The 3.0 Dirtymax is an awesome powerplant. Anyway, good vid. Just wanted to chime in here and point out the TSB. That piece of rubber fix may just be masking the real problem of needing the u-bolts retorqued.

I mostly fish tradinghouse, trying to figure out where this spot is 😂😂 I live 5 minutes from lake waco but I always catch more at tradinghouse, there's way less people/boats and to me it seems like more fish. Haven't figured out the crappie yet but I'm pretty consistent with white bass/largemouth.

I have a 700.....think install about the same, question if you know. Plan on installing a plow.....do you know if angle of winch and/or winch bracket will obstruct the operation of plow push tube or the lifting and dropping of plow. Thanks

I didn't feel comfortable with the factory bolt length with the new winch mount so I got 10mm 1.25 just a little longer and made the install easier. Thanks for taking the time to do this, it helped immensely .

Great product. I received today and installed after work. Mine took a bit of coaxing but it’s a 2017 and I’ve almost folded the tailgate twice with firewood and a 25gal spray tank. That may have contributed to the challenging install. Shipped fast and we’ll made. I am very thankful to support a small family owned business…and MADE IN THE USA. I hope you guys do well…outstanding job!

Thanks for the helpful video! On my 2022 1000 the bumper mounts different, easier BUT! The bottom of the plastic grille cover over the radiator needed to be loosened, pushed forward and blocked to allow for access to get those top bolts started by hand. Additionally, the Honda bolt holes for the diff mount were off and the KFI bolt holes may have been off as well. Used a straight grinder with a carbide burr bit to match things up.

I'm not a frequent commentor on YT videos, but I have to say that this was a very good video although the best part was checking out that really nice woodshop!
