    Sauna does not burn fat, it can lose weight from water weight via sweat but not burning fat. Sauna does have many great benefits such as some of the listed ones, but burning fat is not one of them unfortunately.

      @HonorYourTemple1 2 дні тому

      Sauna doesn’t burn fat directly like i said. But with a good workout routine, along with a proper diet, adding the sauna along with that post workout along with boosting recovery can aid in helping to increase your overall calories burned throughout the day which in turn can help keep you in a caloric deficit which will aid in fat loss!

    Paleo (low carb) is definitely my lifetime diet but I have Hashimoto disease and I wouldn't recommend such restrictive dieting for everyone either. The hardest part is eating. After a while, you never feel hungry if you are no longer used to eating carbs. So I have to force myself to eat enough food to get in my protein.

    Wow!!! A swing and a miss!!! No carbs is carnivore diet NOT Keto! Dr Westman, who runs Duke Keto clinic wants forks to eat 2 cups of leafy greens and a 1 cup serving of vegetables. The idea of Keto is to use the bodies fats as fuel. that is ketosis, It's the way the body burns fat for fuel! ...AND IT LARGELY CURES TYPE 2 DIABETES!!! If you don't mention this, you've done NO research!

    • @HonorYourTemple1
      @HonorYourTemple1 2 місяці тому

      I grouped both Keto and no carb diets together in the video because essentially both diets are very similar.. never did i say that both of them are the same nor did i say that you can’t have veggies in a keto diet.. secondly there’s 2 types of diabetes type 2 and type 1. I’m a type 1 diabetic meaning i’m fully insulin dependent. There’s no reversing type 1 diabetes with anything except God’s hand healing you. So to say it largely cures diabetes fully is a false statement you gotta be real specific if you want to say a certain anything will cure something. The right statement is it can definitely help reverse Type 2 diabetes specifically but not because of the diet per say but mostly because of the decrease in metabolic syndrome due to the overall weight loss a person will have due to the decrease in calories consumed improving the body’s insulin sensitivity. Thirdly the concept of the video was to highlight the main types of food that you consume vs don’t consume in a Keto/ Low Carb diet and the pros and cons that come with the restrictions of certain foods in a way that is so simple that anybody could understand. If you were looking for me to try to sound like a scientist and use the big words like Ketosis and things then i’m sorry but i’m not Dr Westman and if your looking for that his content is going to be better suited for you then mine. My goal for my channel is to not sound like the smartest guy in the world, but to make these concepts as simple and easy to understand so people can make informed decisions on whether or not low carb or keto diets are right for them. Have a good day

    I think the women in this video just didn’t want to feel shallow. If you don’t have a six pack and appear in excellent shape, then you won’t get the respect of a woman (or at least the attention). No matter how much you “better yourself,” a woman won’t desire you unless you appear to be in the best possible shape. You won’t even get her attention.

    • @HonorYourTemple1
      @HonorYourTemple1 3 місяці тому

      Can i ask what makes you feel this way? is it from experiences you’ve had with certain women? stuff you’ve seen on social media that gives you that perception? Just interested in knowing what has you thinking this way.. If you can take it from someone like myself that has been in shape the majority of my life give or take a few years a women respecting you definitley has very little to do with if your in shape! Now i getting attention sure i can agree that if it may do anything that may be it. But a women respecting you from what i’ve herd from women not just who i interviewed on here but others as well i can PROMISE you has NOTHING to do with in your in shape or not.. thats a very different thing and has more to do the character of a man more so then the physical appearance

      What’s going on man! I personally think when you compare it to the gyms that there competing with which would be gyms like ( la fitness/ planet fitness/ one life/ golds gym) for the price and value from a gym standpoint you have everything you need and more in there. The main downside to crunch is if your somebody like me that likes to swim and occasionally get some shots up they don’t have a pool or a basketball court or things like that it definitely caters towards people who are more serious about lifting and bodybuilding. But overall it’s a really solid gym and i’d say it’s def worth it especially if your looking for just a good place to workout

    • @HonorYourTemple1
      @HonorYourTemple1 4 місяці тому

      I def agree that eating the right foods and not eating out is a healthy way of living and can certainly help improve your nutrition. But the truth of the matter is even in the healthiest diet.. due to the decreased nutritional value of foods now compared to maybe 50 years ago even our healthiest food options aren’t carrying the same quality. So even for someone like myself who i can count on one hand the times that i eat out in a year and lives a healthier and more disciplined lifestyle then anybody there’s still certain vitamins that im lacking in that supplementing helps bring my nutrition to an optimal level. So no matter the person there’s always an area of nutrition that can be improved and vitamins can help supplement in areas where you may be lacking in.

      Thank you! it’s definitely hard. The main thing i would look to first is googling the company or specific vitamin you would want to purchase. Look at the testimonials and see if its been in headlines for the wrong or right reasons. See if it’s been tested by a third party for its effectiveness and safety. I use a specific vitamin from a company called melaleuca which you can see in the thumbnail all of those vitamins are from them. I’ve been using there’s for 16 years. There vitamins are backed with a patented delivery formula called oligo that ensures you absorb 80-90% of the nutrients in the vitamins so you actually feel and see a difference. I can email you info on that and how to get them if you want

    Hey man, got a question for you. I am 53 years old, 5' 7" tall and consider myself skinny-fat. I weigh 174.6 and have a little pudgy belly with love handles and fatty lower back. My fat percentage is around 26%. I want to gain muscle and obviously lose the fat. Should I still eat higher calories to gain the muscle or do I need to go into a caloric deficit? I've heard different opinions out there. Some say adding more calories will build muscle and the added muscle will trigger more fat burning. What are your thoughts?

    • @HonorYourTemple1
      @HonorYourTemple1 6 місяців тому

      I would reccomend lessening the overall calories but keeping your protein intake high eating at least 140grams to help preserve keep and grow the muscle you do have while the overall calories lessening will help you burn the fat to get you to a lean muscular frame. I’d try to knock down to about 13-15% body fat if i were you from what your goals look like before slowly increasing into a surplus to build more muscle while not putting on to much fat as you do.

      @HonorYourTemple1 I'm 43 6'2 220 been lifting sine 16. The title of your video is "simple abs." Building a core is different. If you want to show, you can do hanging leg raises do that. If you want to teach, be prepared for critique. Keep going, though 💪🏾

      @@Himothy704 i don’t mind critique especially if it’s educated or it’s actually an accurate critique to the information given in a video i do… but when the critique you give is misinformed and an unaccurate interpretation to the information i put in the video i definitely will respond to it

      @HonorYourTemple1 I have a BS in Elementary Education. You don't even know the name of the equipment you're using in the video, but you think I'm misinformed. Your video is labeled simple, and the first exercise you show is not simple.
