Hello...what roast chamber is that?? TIA

PROS AND CONS PO SA CRM 3200
Hi! Where did you buy the espresso machine Gemilai 3200D?
Why remove the clumps and then compact it into one big clump? I swear coffee nerds are the worst among us nerds.
"promo sm" 😩
What tools are you using for distribution and tamping?
Mhw bomber
Terrible grinder to use for your espresso.
Agree, already upgraded to f64evo
the problem with these machines is they only reach 65-75C that is not enough for good espresso. and the factory cant fix it, instead they claim 70C is best for espresso. (not true)
Hi, is this true? Can help to share evidence of both parties claim?
I got no problem with it.
I cant find the video with the temp. testing any more. I found it by accident, saw it and it was quite detailed where the owner of such a machine was disappointed about the low temp. and now I cant find it. the thing is, this machine is sold with other brand names as well. maybe it was that? @@syamilzaini
what temp did you get? @@richmancoffeeroastery
hii. planning to buy new grinder. currently using eureka specialita. which one you suggest ; WPM ZD18 Fiorenzato evo e64 Eureka Helios / Atom
If you are in Malaysia, f64evo will be first choice, cause can get very it cheap. Then eureka, and zd18.
What’s your grind size and what beans are you using? I’m using mixed arabica and robusta what’s the ideal dose and grind size do you recommend?
I'm using Brazil cerrado medium dark roast. This grinder I do calibrate, and not sure what size is on yours. As long as the extraction between 25-30 second get the ratio of 1:1.5 should be ok.
Thank you bro.
Welcome
Hi. I have s problem. During extraction the water is dripping so fast. Even i had it newly grind and fine. Can you help me with my problem?
It depends on what is your coffee beans roast level, freshness and grind size. Ofcourse also depends on your distribution and tamping. Before anything, may I know what grinder are you using and what roast level of your coffee beans and which country?
I have a breville smart grinder pro. Im using a arabica medium dark roast. Im from philippines btw.
Do you tamp them? Ratio of 1:2 take how many seconds to extract?
Yes i tamp it. Ratio of 1:2 only takes 15 second including pre infusion. Without pre infusion i might takes only 12 to 13 seconds. Using 18grams
@@joshuacastanares3763 you can either go finer or add dosage to 19grams
Any issues with the wpm grinder? Pros & cons wise. Can’t seem to find any reviews of the grinder on yt
Hello how long does it take to preheat the machine before using it? I’m not sure if I should buy the 310,320 or like you the 330, 330 is much more expensive thanks for sharing the video
And 10 years later…. A coffee! Omg you take toooo long!!!
awesome!
Hi, where do you get the gemilai?
Hi, you could check out this website and contact them. So far this company providing the best after sales service from my experience. www.jcoffee.com.my/

Do u usually warm up the machine for up to 10mins?
Yes. Although the thermoblock should be fast, but I usually keep it longer to warm up full machine.
@@richmancoffeeroasteryhow do you set the automatic timer preset when u click on the extraction button? Mine I had to press it down all the way during the extraction. If not it always stops around 20secs and I can’t get it to stop later
@@ChoonYang94 hi , you just need to long press the extraction button until your Ideal extraction time ( example within 25-30sec ) ,then your next extraction will copy the last extraction time. That's it
Hi, im using this machine. Im just curious about the pressure. There's a video on yoi tube that the "perfect pull" for 18g beans is with 8-9 pressure, 60ml extract and pull time of not over 25-30 seconds. Cause in tjis video the pressure is way up. Amd the coffee is dripping at first and took a longer time than usual for a im guessing a 30ml pull. I've yet to train myself on experts and only been studying through youtube. Can you recomend an extractio technique woth this machine and on Arabica Dark roast beans? My grind size is always at no. 1 aswell. Cause when im using grind size 2, its dripping way to fasy like 16 second. For 60ml espresso pull. I hope you can help me. Haha. Sorry for the long comment . I really wanna learn these things. Thanks
Hi, the ratio depends on the beans you use. Usually written at the beans bag. This machine don't have OPV or the bar is unable to pre set it. Thus, just skip the bar and make sure the time and ratio are inline.
Macam mana nak reset timer tu ??
Tekan Dan jangan lepaskam tangan. Sampai masa Yang nak set baru lepas Kan. Itu saja.😁
hi, are you using the stock shower basket? i'm having a problem on the extraction....no crema at all
Using the basket come together with machine, so far no any issue. Maybe could try change another beans?
@@richmancoffeeroastery im using arabica dark roast... what can you recommend?
How long do you extract? The ratio for beans and yield? How many pressure?
@@richmancoffeeroastery usually 18-25 secs didnt measure the yield, usually for single shot 10g and for double 18g
If the ground to yield is at the ratio of 1:2 should be ok. Need to measure.
Hi Sir, may i know if direct on convenience outlet ka nakasaksak? Or do you use a normal extension cord? Thank you! :)
what’s the temperature of the water coming out of the group head?
92
delicious!
hello, typically how much coffee grounds do you use on single and double shot baskets?
Hi. Always 20grams if grounds and always in double shot basket. Never really use double shot basket, but if do, I will out it in 10grams.
@@richmancoffeeroastery and how much brew time and yield on your 20grams?
@@richmancoffeeroastery do you use the preset timings or always manual button? if im programming the double shot button to 25-30secs, sometimes it only gives me 15-20secs brew time
It is like volumetric. Base on time and the amount of water used. I seldom use the function, I just set it s long as possible or use the manual one. For the single cup one set 5seconds for flush before brew.haha. Unless every shot is same beans, same amount of ground, same tamping pressure. If in that case can use the set up function.
Hi, Wow great coffee Machine . Would u mind sharing how many BAR pressure for you making this cup of coffee?
Hi hi.... During this brew, we set it to P4. The pressure should be around 9bar.
Hi! How did you set timing for your single and double cup setting? 😊
Long press on the button and release at your prefer timing.
Only got water one cup and two cups can set ya.
Hi, planning to get a 3200D for myself. Is the pre-infusion timing adjustable? I also understand that the water output is by volumetric, you made a ristretto, did you manually stop the extraction or did you set the volumetric to extract only 30ml? Thanks!
Hi there. 1st, the pre-infusion is non adjustable, it is a default. 2nd, the output isn't volumetric, it is base on timing. So, most of the time u use manual rather than pre set the timing. For the timing I actually set the: 1cup button to 10seconds including pre-infusion ( for cleaning the shower screen purpose, so I could press it when I preparing coffee grounds to portafilter) 2cup button set to 25/30seconds as my normal extraction. The manual button for any other purpose like ristretto shot, lungo and etc....
@@richmancoffeeroastery Thanks!
Hi. 20g in how many espresso out ?
I'm doing ristretto, so is 20grams in and 30ml out as double Ristretto. If doing espresso, usually I do 20grams in and 40ml out as double espresso.
@@richmancoffeeroastery thank you. Hopefully will see a lot of 3200d videos on your channel

pressure to high my dude, and 25s is too short
Pressure is actually low here. On gemilai it should be more than 10-12 bars for a good extraction
Ya, first time playing on the machine. Newbie.
can you share the coffee grams you used and the grind settings? how finer is it?
Hi.. I'm using 20grams in and 35 ml out as a ristretto shot. For grind size, I'm using 2.5 (but this very subjective, cause it depends on the coffee beans roasting level and how fresh is it. All these will affect the coffee extraction and getting lower or higher bar) so you can try the size one by one.

just a quastion, why your steam wand is leakin?
That's is the con of this machine, cause using the same heater, so it always happen.
Hello! May I know how did you reset the extraction time? My machine pressure gauge doesn't move though... :(
Yes. I reset the extraction time to 40seconds, so I could stop anytime before that. If doesn't move, then need to go slightly coarse. It also happen to me sometimes I grind to finer.
Just press the 2nd button on long press and don’t release not until you found the amount of seconds you want to set then release, after that just press the brewing botton like usual and it will stop automatically on specific time you set😊
Frothing not frosting...LOL
Thanks.
LOL
Hello Sir. Im using the exact same machine. How do you consistently hit 9 to 10 bars . Or higher. I want to hit those bars also like yours. But it happens so often What can you suggest? Thank you in advance ❤️
Hi.... Coffee beans will keep oxidation day to day, so need to check the grind size day to day and keep you coffee beans nicely. How do you keep your beans? Between, the older the beans, the smaller grind size is needed.
allo sir... i'm using same grinder you are... may know what setting grinder size for this tutorial
Hi there, in this video I using size 2. But this grinder not consistent enough, must align it after unbox.
Beautiful case but no good protection the cut out was so wide open.
Totally agree
Nice video and tutorial ... if my expresso a bit sour ... what i need to change ? using 18g bean output 43g
Hi! Thanks. Between, I think you got an under extraction coffee. 18g in 43ml out is a bit out, usually I try to get 1:2 ratio. Try grind your beans finner to get 18g in 36ml out. If you are using the same machine that using 58mm portafilter, then it is better to be in 20grams instead of 18grams.
@@richmancoffeeroastery yup i use same machine , 20g bean output 40g ? 25 - 30 sec ?
@@MrSuparjo86 yes. 20grams in and 40ml out. Usually need around 30-35seconds(depends on your grind size) but try to keep the pressure between 9-15. Here is for your reference about extraction. www.javapresse.com/blogs/grinding-coffee/brew-better-coffee-adjusting-coffee-grind-size
