That first woman although can't handle her alcohol should’ve been cut off a WHILE AGO just judging off her clear signs of impairment. I myself have a liquor license in WA State. Even if she had a ride home it is still VERY ILLEGAL to keep serving people who are clearly intoxicated. So yes, I partially blame the waitress as she knew this woman was drinking a lot of alcohol. Should’ve been more firm in offering food with the alcohol so the greasy food can absorb said alcohol. The woman is still VERY MUCH STILL RESPONSIBLE for her actions being intoxicated, but the restaurant is clearly in the wrong in fostering an environment where she can be over-served in the name of capital gain. Her, I assume boyfriend is also partially responsible for continuing to pay for her drinks as at that point he should know how she acts when she’s drunk. Best rule of thumb… if you plan on being absolutely wasted do it at home. Have a little bit more control in public as i believe it’s a complete waste of police resources (aka taxpayer money) to deal with intoxicated people. You’re an adult. You know how much you can handle.
