this makes me a little sad, after spending a not insignificant amount of time attempting to craft a headhunter build with the ninjabike. i value your opinion a lot, so to hear that basically it's rarely to never worth it is disheartening. i really do wish there was a way to dip into other aspects as a sniper-- i envisioned investing into a fixer drone and thus have health you can direct to allies autonomously, but the nature of the game seems to lend itself more to a "choose one thing to do very very well" philosophy, as opposed to a "pick one or two things to do decently" kind of ideal. that being said, i'm far from the apex of div2 play (i struggle mightily to complete legendary missions, and i've only come back to the game recently), so it's probably for the best that i learned this now and not after i'd spent untold hours farming my way into builds that simply do not work. so cheers for that, at least!

tbh i just run a sniper one shot build with 4 directives and run the MLK Library Control Point. Just gets boring after a while tbh

I think season reward exotics don't have to be stronger than high ends and named items, but the incursion/raid/summit exclusives should be, to indicate their exclusivity. This means the ouroboros, eagle bearer, regulus, ravenous and ridgeway's pride. I have been playing for years and still haven't gotten to know enough players to band up for any of the raids, so the eb regulus and ravenous will forever escape me until and unless they finally decide to allow matchmaking for the raids on normal mode, and i think this deserves the difference in prestige of these items. Also, maybe the harvest deserves a separate mention in the pistols list since its stats are different.

I agree with 98% of what you said here except 2 things: 1. I don't think we need more stash space, but I do think we need a mechanic to change our pieces when we need to, so we don't have to carry multiple pieces of each item in each slot. 2. Saying that Determined isn't overpowered because it requires headhunter is like saying the regulus ISN'T overpowered because it comes with enough damage to clear a whole wave - you said yourself that regulus with dodge city is overpowered, so your logic is inconsistent. Fact of the matter is, especially for people who can't hit consistent headshots, there is no faster way to clear heroic open world content and some missions than regulus build or headhunter/determined. Determined allows you to hit headshots on enemies behind cover whose head is hidden. Headhunter without determined at least requires the player to be fairly skilled in order to hit those headshots, which, at the very least, makes it take longer to use effectively, and acts as a limiting factor bringing down its power.

May I clarify that when comparing exotics against other weapons for burst dps, you have not included the weapon talents like Strained or Optimist?

great job as always iKia :) honestly getting a little depressed by the changes. spent alot of time and energy to getting d50, liberty, scorpio, banshe, st elmo, sr-1 to expertise lvl 26. and most of them is going to be obsolete xD rip me.

It is looking like all the resources I spent on making my weapons and gear exactly what I wanted were somewhat wasted. For each percentage nerf, I want that percentage of my resources back.

That AnyTIme vid was a real headscratcher for sure. How can you calculate damage by just multiplying a crit dmg value with the # of rounds, without taking into account crit chance? Makes absolutely no sense lol

No thanks. Base damage is low and kingbraker is one of the most unstable ARs. Prefer m4 or ACR any time.

Hey, great overview of the Gearset. I also noticed that you completely lose breakpoint stacks when throw out a deployed skill such as a turret, decoy, shock trap etc. I wonder if this a bug or a feature of the headset.
