Knock on wood that loan approval goes through quickly, inspection doesn't bring up anything horrid, and everything goes sailing through so that we can buy 15 acres with a 2200 sq. ft. workshop (and a 2000 sq. ft. house. But, WORKSHOP!). Speaking of workshop, here's a tour. Hahahaha, UA-cam wants to know if I want to tag this as "tourist destination".

The day after a bisque firing (the kiln needs about 16 hours to cool down enough to open) I get to pop it open and take out the goodies. It's like Christmas!
